Such a marvelous choice for our 3 days Bangkok stay! Super friendly staff, free popcorn anytime, free shuttle to nearest BTS Thong Lo (which if we choose to walk, we then can buy the best Manggo Sticky Rice from the store nearby) and a heart warming surprise basket of hot choco & tea to end our nights after wandering the city. It has many activities too..We just love it here 💕

This hotel looks charming from the outside, but the service is terrible, and the receptionist is extremely rude and unfriendly. I do not recommend staying here, and here’s why. Our group consisted of five people with three separate bookings: one friend booked two rooms, another booked one room, and the third friend booked one room but hadn’t arrived yet. When we checked in, the staff made the process unnecessarily complicated. They handed over all three bookings, including the one for the friend who hadn’t arrived. When I pointed this out, instead of handling it professionally, the receptionist just stared at me with an unfriendly expression. When I glanced at her name tag, she abruptly said, “I’m A, the manager.”—even though I hadn’t asked. The way she said like she is the one giving the rule here and I have to keep quiet. For ke since she said she is manger i feel this is bad already because she is the one making everything complicated and ask many times for 1 question. Not professional at all. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable for hotel service. A manager should be able to arrange bookings properly, not treat guests with rudeness. The rest of the staff was no better. The breakfast was disappointing, and when I requested water, I was told they don’t provide any before 11 AM. Room service is only available until 2 PM, which is highly inconvenient. When I had a delivery, I asked if they could bring it upstairs, but they refused immediately. While the hotel itself looks nice, the poor service makes it feel like a budget hotel. The only reason I stayed was because it’s close to my favorite bar, but I will never come back. I will also warn others to avoid this place. To the owner: If you’re running a hotel, at least hire staff who understand hospitality. Receptionists are the first impression of a hotel, and unfortunately, the ones here make it an unpleasant experience.

The hotel was really nice. Wilson was the concierge and initially I felt he was rude, BUT then after a few interactions, I realized Wilson was the life and soul of La Petite. He actually ran the place with order and he cared for the guest like a guardian. He was concerned of the transport to the airport, the correct laundry list so that our clothes would not be damaged, the time our grab was arriving so that he could ensure we were on time. I came to respect Wilson a great deal by the end of my stay.

The room was spacious, and the staff were incredibly hospitable! There was a welcome drink when I checked-in and I was upgraded to a better room with a balcony. The pool was such a nice break from the scorching heat. It was fairly close to the BTS station, so very convenient location as well. Would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Bangkok again in the future. Would definitely recommend for solo/couple travelers

Staff namely Ms. Kwang, Ms. Plam and Mr. Pingpong in the reception are very helpful during the time I had a problem w the air con in the room. Including the Manager Ms. June. They are very attentive in my needs and react immediately for me to have a wonderful vacation in Thailand.

l was call hotel taxi but that's too bod,, go to Airport,, every time problem taxi driveer ,. big over charge taxi fee, please l won't request ,, cal for safety taxi,, l was 3 times fihting at the Airport.. thak you.

the staffs are very friendly, the location is not at the main road, however it is quite easy to find. Breakfast is good, room is not really spacious but enough for two. Near to Thonglor BTS station, need to walk around 10 minutes (600meters) or if lucky there is free shuttle to thonglor bts station by tuktuk. Overall is good

breakfast look good but I didn't like, good location have ready bus to BTS. Smell smoke in room but they able to change room if have room. Can hear outside sound clearly. by the way pretty hotel, good and friendly service.

Firstly, checked in to a room which is unlockable, then being apologised with his back facing us. Second, being led to a better room (which we assumed since it’s with a window), so we thought it’s fine. After a long day, upon returning to our “upgraded” room.. we were locked out of our room without any notice.. Fine! Then walked back to the reception only to be told that we can’t stay in the room.. then had to be escorted to another room. Now in our 3rd freaking room, the freaking door can’t be opened and we had to be made to wait at the lobby for them to freaking settle the freaking door! I still have 3 nights to go here and I can’t wait to get out from the hotel. To be fair.. room is decent, staff su**s!

The staffs weren't professional, no service mind and need to improve the quality of service. Especially the front staffs must be get more training in case of solve the problem and how to getting the guest once you are 4 star hotel. I very disappointed.

Nice room with Shabby interior, not too large but enough for two, there's small balcony but don't have seats, prefer to choose the highest floor because people from pool and cafe can see us in the 1st and 2nd room, but they only have 4 floors. Breakfast is great and many variations of food.
