Great location, accomodating staffs, courteous and highly recommeded. Great for family. Great food. Lots of activities. Will go back again

I stayed here for three days and can say that the food is delicious the best among the hotels I've eaten in Tagaytay, and they have many attractions such as a farm, animals, billiards, and so on. The hotel is getting a little old, perhaps it should be renovated, their main elevator is also broken, we are using their staff elevator. I also noticed that the receptionists are always busy. In comparison to other hotels, there is no time to greet guests?

Clean room and accommodating staff. Also it is a child friendly hotel we even got free milk for kids with us.

The room was clean, staffs were accommodating, we also enjoyed the aqua slides and other activities. We'll definitely go back. This is so far one of our best staycation experience:) kudos!

We've been here twice and I can say: Staff were very helpful as always. However for the cleanliness, we will rate it 3 or average. When we came at the hotel last year. Room smells like spa and comfortable. But this time, our room 305 smells bad. It smells like a person who haven't take a bath for so long. Curtain, telephone and chair also smells bad. I probably because they have lots of guest last Feb 14 or the rag that they use to clean the room. Hope their staff would notice that simple things.

Great service, staff are very attentive and pleasant! Activities available made the stay a lot more memorable as we managed to bond more with our kids while feeding animals, swimming in their heated pool, and playing in their water playground. Will definitely come back.

We've been here many times. And the Service is constantly excellent.. the amenities are great especially for kids. Our favorite is the activities.. bonfire with roasting marshmallows.. animal feeding.. film showing at the pool side area.. the buffet breakfast is very much delightful. We always have a memorable experience every visit.. We will surely coming back often.

Great activities for the kids, nice and cozy hotel. I'll surely be back. Also, my son's nerf gun toy was left at the lobby and right now, they're safe keeping it.

My son enjoyed the marshmallow roasting and bonfire, the movie time with free popcorn in the mini theatre. It was raining so we couldn't do horseback riding &animal feeding. Construction was ongoing so some noises every now and then. I don't know if the walls were thin but noise in the hallway could be easily heard. Breakfast was good.Overall, kid-friendly!

Bed is comfortable and room and CR is clean. We loved the breakfast buffet because they offer a lot of choices. The food in their restaurant is delicious and is already good for sharing. My daughter really enjoyed the playground, farm animals, bonfire where you can grill marshmallows and, movie night with free popcorn. The staff are all nice and attentive to all our needs.

The room is big enough for a family knowing we only booked standard room. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The place is near to ayala mall. What my family really enjoyed was the recreation room and the bon fire. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The overall stay was great. The staffs are polite. The food is ok. The room is clean and spacious. The area in the farm are too big, that you want to run and cartwheel like a kid. Best for families with kids.
