飯店位置方便，但停車位不足，飯店附設的餐廳值得推薦。

進房時發現少了牙刷梳子等物品,讓人立刻對國營旅館的好名聲打了折扣,但除此之外飯店的總體滿意度還是很不錯的就是了^^

I stayed for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was excellent—everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The location is very good, although you should be prepared to walk up and down some hills in Ávila. The breakfast was also excellent. If breakfast is included in your rate, you can order items from the menu in addition to the buffet, which was a great benefit. The restaurant staff were also very kind, professional, and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room so comfortable, the view and location excellent. The staff great with other languages and the food very good. Loved it.

O hotel é sensacional, dentro da cidade murada, quarto de bom tamanho. Vaga para o carro, com carregador, se precisar. O problema é que há alguns quartos onde o elevador não serve e, se vc estiver com malas pesadas, acessá-los será um desafio. Tirando isso, maravilhoso. Restaurante ótimo. Quero fazer uma ressalva para a gentileza e presteza da funcionária Sarah, da recepção. Ele fez de tudo para que nossa estadia fosse a melhor. Obrigado.

The Parador staff went out of their way to make our stay everything we hoped for on this return visit. The room they prepared for us after a booking error was spectacular. Thank you Sarah for going the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one.

Very nice Parador in the old town of Avida

A very good option to visit Avila!

Excellent location for visiting the walled town of Avila. From this hotel almost everything is within a 3/4 mile walking distance. We enjoyed the fine white tablecloth restaurant which includes both indoor and outdoor dining. A first class dinner. The breakfast bar is complete with a wide selection of hot/cold/ items, fruits, meats, cheese etc. Helpful staff. Parking is scarce but manageable if you don't mind walking a couple of blocks on steep inclined cobblestone streets. Would enjoy staying here again.

Beautiful place in a beautiful town! Spotless, comfortable, and literally 50 steps from the main square. The pool and gardens were a great bonus. Parking is available, just reserve ahead, as spots can be scarce during busy periods.

Great Parador

Hotel muito bem.localizado, perto das muralhas. Restaurante excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. Cama muito confortável.

Si todo bien, solo bien

The Avila Parador was delightful - excellent staff and a central location within walking distance of the restaurants and sights. The one problem is parking - there are comparatively few parking slots at the hotel. When we arrived, we were able to park the car temporarily in the hotel car park (blocking several other cars!) whilst unloading our cases. But I then had to move the car three streets away to find a space on a public road with white lines (which is free parking). There were hardly any spaces available on the ‘white line’ roads. The alternative would be to park slightly nearer the hotel on a ‘blue line’ road but you have to pay at a meter for blue line parking - not cheap! The following morning, I watched (like a hawk!) as guests checked out and moved my car into the hotel car park as soon as a space appeared. We have no hesitation in recommending the delightful Avila Parador but just be ready for the parking challenge!

We enjoyed staying at the Parador in Avila. Excellent room. Helpful ataff. Outstanding breakfast, and delicious dinner, though the service was too slow for us, toward the end of a 3.5 wk trip in Spain. The Parador location makes it very easy to get outside Avila's famous city walls and walk around the entire old ciry for different views of the ancient walls. If we return to Avila, we would definitely stay at the Parador.. Highly recommended.
