地理位置優越，房間乾淨，員工友善。

Sangat baik. Semua bisa dibantu dengan Ahmed dan Abdullah. Mereka sangat baik. Tempat sangat strategis sekali untuk semua yang ingin berjalan kaki untuk ke mana pun.

We lost our luggage in the hotel and they are not responsible for what happened. In the front of her boss, Eda the manager said we will pay everything inside . After the boss leave, they attack us like we are not a victim. In fact that we got nothing from them. Only a handwriting letter without official stamp of the company. Basically its just a letter from Eda! Be careful to stay at this hotel. The standard is very low and the staff not responsible at all. And the funny thing is all staff even the manager rarely speaking English. Come on English is important even in the basic level!

I highly recommend this hotel. Not because the very nice room. This hotel have a very good location for eat and shop. With a very good price, you like stay in 5 star hotel.
