地段好，房間舒適，遊舊城累了可以回來歇腳再出發，購物逛街也不遠，門口有taxi候客，很便利。

the location of this hotel is good, just two or three tram stops from Wroclaw train station. The furniture and service are all well. Besides, the breakfast is good. We could have many choices to take.

Hotel très bien situé à deux pas de la place centrale et proche de tous commerce. Petit déjeuner agréable.

Lo mejor es su ubicación, está justo al lado del casco antiguo. Parece estar en proceso de restauración o reforma ya que hay lámparas por los pasillos donde aún cuelgan los cables, y tapas de cajas eléctricas abiertas. Los lavabos estaban muy limpios pero el resto de la habitación y la moqueta están llenos de polvo. El que los techos de las habitaciones sean tan altos no facilita la limpieza de lámparas, pero no hay excusa para las sillas y el suelo.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel

Die Zimmer und Betten waren kleiner als erwartet: Wenn man ein Zimmer für drei Personen bucht, sollten sich zwei sehr gut kennen. Beim verrücken der Schlafcouch fiel abgebröckelter Putz auf dem Teppich auf. Das Frühstück war gut.

What an incredible stay. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The location is perfectly situated in the city centre.

Reception people very attentive, room small but clean.

The hotel is very central with good transport links. Being an older hotel it's within keeping of the oldest part of town. The single bed I had was a little on the low side and made my life a bit difficult getting in and out of it but, apart from that, a really good experience. The breakfast was good too

We arrived at the hotel a day later than originally booked due to our flight being rescheduled. We had emailed the hotel a couple of times a few days before arrival as we didn't want them to think we weren't turning up but received no acknowledgement. When we checked, we asked if they'd received the email and they had but couldn't be bothered to respond. Our room was pretty basic and as we had booked some time ago, couldn't recall what it should look like. It had a bed, a bedside, two chairs, etc. nothing fancy. However, onwe of us had to shuffle down between the bed and the bathroom wall as space was limited. The bathroom wasn't up to much, with just the basics. Bed linen and towels were of poor quality. The kettle couldn't be plugged in on the table, instead it had to sit on the floor in the narrow space between the bed and bathroom wall as that was the only available socket. Day 2, we checked on Expedia to see what our room should look like. It turned out that we had a single room where they replaced the single bed for a double. We should have had two bedside table and we didn't, neither was there room to put one, hence the bedside shuffle. Could have complained but didn't find the staff very helpful so didn't bother asking why we had a single and moving us to a double, probably an argument that wasn't going to go too well. Breakfast selection was limited and there is no toaster! Overall not a great Polish experience apart from seeing Andrea Bocelli.

Like: Location Not Like: 1. They "offer parking" where it is actually a paid city parking. 2. It is under construction . 3. Expensive for what they offer.

Very good hotel in a great location.Is only 200 meters from old town square. The breakfast was good,all the areas of the hotel were clean and the staff friendly. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Modest property, hallways a bit sad looking. But the place is nice for the price, great location, parking option, and nice breakfast!
