All the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Even they upgrade us with better views. Nice of them. I will definitely come back at this place again.

The room was big and clean and the staff were very helpful. There is free yoga in the morning and a complimentary high tea in the afternoon.

Need some cleaning improvements

Marvelous experience, superlative hospitality, modern and updated room and features. The Sitting Elephant serves delicious meals, breakfast buffet is satisfying and the views from the restaurant and the topmost floor are breathtaking. Their staff - across the hotel - feel like family. Very genuine and kind in every respect. Highly recommend. Will be back.

EllBee Ganga view was the best hotel room I had on my entire trip! My room with a glass wall over looking the Ganges was a dream come true! Located in a wonderful area, close to all, delicious breakfast! Absolutely beautiful, Thank you for the memories EllBee!!

We had a great stay at the Ellebe View Ganga Hotel with an amazing view. The rooms were comfortable abs staff very helpful helping us through the ganga aarti and staying for a few hrs to support my elderly mother.

Me and my girlfriend spent one night at Hotel EllBee, but we wish we could've stayed longer. We had a wonderful experience! It was especially nice to meet Vikram, who works at the hotel. He puts great care into his work. We really appreciated him guiding us through the local Ganga aarti light ceremony, among many things.

The hotel is so noisy from road noise - it does not have sound proof rooms! The food is very average. It is a long way out from the centre of Rishikesh. It is close to Triveni Ghat - which is beautiful

It was wonderful experience staying at ellbee, staff was efficient and courteous. Vijay was very helpful and extended his help and every way possible. He took is for Aarti which added feather on our trip. Overall every staff member was genuinely helpful and respectful, food was excellent with super service. Will definitely recommend to other people.

Between September 11th and September 16th 2025, my fiancé and I stayed there. My rating for Room Service would be 10/10. Rakhi is a wonderful person who took great care of our room like it was her own. Your kindness is greatly appreciated, Rakhi.🤗 However, I would like to emphasize the quality of the food and the service they provide. There is a serious quality issue at this hotel, and you need to take this seriously. After eating their breakfast, I developed heavy diarrhea and got sick. It was only on our last day that my fiancé discovered a bug, and we realized it was caused by food that was fried in expired oil. I have not complained to the food inspector, but it is not safe for guests. Most of their guests were not hotel guests but they came only for breakfast. this means they are only getting this quality food.

The room was great but the hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant was expensive but nothing special!

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Very helpful and polite staff. Ganga view from our room was mostly trees (3rd floor) but top floor common anea and restaurant floor view was spectacular. Restaurant is fine dining, somewhat expensive, but high level of service and food quality is good. . Nice ambiance with live sitar music. Included breakfast also good, with many options available, both Indian and continental, hot and cold. The highlight of our stay was going to the Ganga Aarti with Mr. Vijay (included with hotel stay). He took a group of 8 of us and did a good job of including both Indians and foreigners. He took very good care of us despite a heavy rainstorm, kept good track of us in the chaotic environment, helped us to participate fully. and arranged a tuktuk for us for the way back because of the rain. Was one of the highlights of my trip to India! Free yoga in the morning which was very good, and high tea at 4pm.

Staff was really nice. Property is located very well but it's not 4 star as it's mentioned and charged. So will advise to increase the standard to meet 4 star property.Thanks.
