中國式傢俱裝置比較特別，冷氣總算足夠，但浴室裝飾比較差，弄得大廳滿地水，洗手盤與睡床相近，開水喉的聲浪會影響睡眠！

房間有怪味，位置普通，但價錢較便宜，附近食店多

毛巾很旧，不卫生！ 洗臉位燈光不夠！ 房不夠光亮！

在hotels.com訂最便宜的那個房型，進房後覺得房間有些潮濕味，洗手台就在床旁，於是決定加價升級入住，大概補約兩百多一點人民幣，升級後的房型床便很大，而且是水床，房間明亮乾淨，但我想小小缺點就是沒有冰箱。飯店整體很有中國特色，是一個很特別的住宿經驗!

地回很好, 附近很多食肆. 原先房間有問題, 沖涼位置很暗, 其中一個頂燈及熱水煲壞了. 冷氣很熱. 要求換房, 很快給我換了. 略嫌隔音有點差. 但整體還算可以. 酒店是漂亮的, 職員亦很helpful.

訂的房間有潮濕味；後來，補差額改了滿意的房間，就解決這問題。如果，每個房間都能沒潮濕味就很棒了。

前檯服務員會板著臉，處理事情效率差，其他入門迎賓人員，看到提著大包小小包的人，還會主動幫忙，清潔員也都很棒，熱誠解決問題，如此反差，會讓人有這是同家飯店的職員嗎？ 再來房間很潮濕，浴室抽風扇的排氣端在房間內，很怪的設計。浴室水壓小，房間小地方清潔稍差，如果以單單一天近2500（含稅、新臺幣）來算，相信有其它更好的選擇

這次住了3晚這間裝修很特別的酒店，周邊有很多食肆，但客房實質的設備卻人反感，第一晚入住時，已發覺房間很熱，但服務員通知這溫度是不能開空調，因是內園房，開窗都沒新鮮空氣吹來，糾纏了很久，經理才給我們調房，總算不要整晚焗桑拿。第三晚要補錢才可住外園房。總括這3晚住了2間不同類別的房間，浴室都有同樣的水浸問題，浴室只有固定在天花式的花洒，每次使用後，都有如洪水泛濫一樣，要渉水而行才可踏出房間，就算著了拖鞋都會浸濕透。

這家酒店超棒的，床很舒服，而且很有特色與風格，看得出來老闆經營的努力！！以後再去青島，絕對還會再去住中國·青島老轉村China公社文化藝術酒店

Staying there for four nights, room is a bit small, the lighting should be brighter and there should be a desk. Service at Frontdesk is quite good and a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall it is a fairly good experience

装修很有特色，客房面积很小，卫生间干湿分区很棒，wifi就是摆设。

裝修令人目不暇给 服務細心而且價錢合理 如果更能照顧到實際需要就更好！

房型及方位落差極大,原訂基本房型無採光設備老舊骯髒,加價升級套房後非常滿意,老轉村美食也獨具特色.客家土屋改建的特色值得去走一遭

It was ok but it was not in my expectation. You know, it was not cheap. The outlook was very good! However, the room was not big. Besides of the bed, there was nothing else. The room was clean, the bathroom was small but it was ok too. Room Wifi service was secure. Bus station was not too far away(about 5 mins)

如同標題，飯店附近的餐廳小吃非常多，老轉村本身的餐廳也很好吃，我和家人都喜歡。附近有公交車站，可以到達許多景點，方便出門遊玩。飯店的服務人員也很親切，只是房間不夠明亮和浴室的木製地板讓浴室總是不乾爽，我們不喜歡。

如同標題，老轉村本身的餐廳也很好吃，我們很喜歡。附近的餐廳小吃非常多，不怕會餓到！出門去玩附近有公交車，可以到的景點很多。飯店內的擺設還算別緻，但我的家人不喜歡房間不夠明亮，而且浴室在房間的中間位置，讓整個房間的空間被分割顯得狹窄，浴室內木製的地板讓浴室不乾爽有霉味。

整體感覺很好，房間不錯，只是維護得不夠完美。 大門前的 LED 文字走馬標示完完全全把整體藝術觀感拉下來，太難看了。 好像大部分服務員是實習生。

有些设施旧，需要维修

The hotel room is a bit small, but the location is quite good as it was close to many restaurants, also walking distance (10min) to Hongkong road. I did not book the cheapest room but as a smoker I was arranged to a mezzanine floor which is between the roof and 3/F ( called the 5/F, no lift but to climb a stair from the room below us), there was also a balcony in the room while not facing the street but INSIDE the hotel! ie it was hanging above the aisle of 3/F! so I can see other guests walking under my balcony. The room was quite dark as we have no window but only a skylight in the balcony. What a strange architecture?! Nevertheless the room is still clean and tidy. The décor is interesting and a culturalistic aura is floating around. Very reasonable price and definitely value for money.

The hotel in general is fine, I like the restaurant there, the room size is big enough for 2 people. Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly however there's still a few of those are not very helpful at all... The location is alright but not prefect, it's 20 mins to the sea and 30 mins to 5.4 square by walk, of coz if you take a taxi then they are not too far. I still recommend this hotel, but if I have a chance to revisit Qingdao I would prefer to live by the sea or near Zhongshan road where a lot of old buildings situated.
