Amazing property and wonderful staff. Our hotel room was clean. The only issue was the room keys, which stopped working. The staff advised not to put them near phones as it messes with the technology in the card but we continued to have this issue and gave up. Parking situation was good too.

Emplacement parfait avec arrêt bus à côté pour se rendre au centre. Assistance appréciée du personnel pour trouver une place de parking non payant dans les rues adjacentes. Petit déjeuner varié.

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã variado, entretanto é distante cerca de 25 minutos das principais atrações e do centro histórico de Granada. É pra quem gosta de caminhar e Granada, principalmente nos miradouros, deve ser feita a pé ou de táxi. Tem estacionamento a 18 euros ao dia. Os funcionários são simpáticos.

Great stay, had those things i requered. The pool is not heated. Bed was firm. And a bit loud from the corridor outside. Had some crying baby for like 1h . Quiet area

Chambre propre et calme. Hôtel bien située. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Un séjour au delà de nos attentes. Fortement recommandé !

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Klimaanlage sehr leise und individuell zu regeln (ist in Spanien im April nicht selbstverständlich) Bequeme Betten und kostenloser Safe. Die Lage fanden wir ideal. 20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum und ruhig gelegen. Haben einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in den Nebenstraßen gefunden.

The room was very nice. Breakfast was great and Marina a nd the chef were very friendly. There isn't a bar so relaxing at the end of the day in the hotel isn't an option. They allow dogs and unfortunately for us there was a very noisy dog one night kept us awake til nearly midnight. We complained, the staff apologised and checked, the dog was checking out that morning. Other than that, a nice hotel.

La habitación muy bien, el personal atento y educado. El desayuno bastante bien. En general, estamos muy contentos de estos días que hemos estado allí, repetiremos sin duda.

The hotel is well kept and clean, we love the daily breakfast with good variety and choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Granada city centre and nearby to Alhambra. Our only comment is that the hotel sign needs to be lit up and more prominent. For an out of town visitors, we drove around twice before noticing the hotel.
