Literally the most comfortable beds ever! A tv with Netflix and a waterfall shower what more could you want.

Hotel would not refund for travel changes 2 weeks in advance. Terrible service and would highly recommend you choose differently.

The location is great, but the rooms are pretty worn out (e.g., chipped doors, cracked counters, scuffed paint). That part would have been ok, but to make matters worse, the iron apparently had rust in the steam vents and ruined a white dress shirt with rust colored splotches, and when we returned to the hotel late after a wedding, water was leaking from the ceiling over the bed.

I really enjoyed that the beds were so comfortable and the shower pressure was absolutely delightful.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was inviting. I didn’t find the pillow situation very comfortable. The Tv remote was iffy. The breakfast offerings were adequate and tasty. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The staff were amazing. Valet was easy and quick. The room was fine. There were NO USB ports anywhere in the room - we've stayed in cheap motels that have them - it made the room seem really dated. So nowhere to charge your phone. Also would have been nice to leave a card in the room or front desk to let us know there is no daily housekeeping. This is a minor thing, but irritating - there is absolutely nowhere by the sink to hang the hand drying towel. So the sink is outside the room where the toilet and shower are. There's no hook or rail - where do you put the towel? Outside was super noisy at 2 am - not really a complaint, we travel all over to major cities, but I can see someone absolutely hating the noise.

Easy check in, kind staff. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking across the street was easy. I would definitely not bother to valet unless there’s a big event, an extra $20 for them to park your car in the same parking lot you would park in anyway. Breakfast for 2 add on for $12 seemed like a great deal but it just gets you 2 items from the breakfast menu. We chose 2 items that totaled to $12 anyways so it didn’t change anything. Food was fresh and made to order though nothing I would write home about. Overall good experience, fairly priced in a good location worked out well for a little birthday getaway.

Not ideal that you HAVE to do valet your car…but valet is understaffed and

1am false fire alarm sucked, but room was super nice, front desk personnel helpful and speedy

Attended an event at Fiserv Forum. Perfect location. Very nice staff and hotel, clean, friendly nicely designed. We walked from the venue back to Aloft and hung out at the bar with family- super convenient and comfortable.

Staff was excellent. So friendly and knowledgeable. In the room, the bathroom door was broken and one of the shades would not close all the way.

We enjoyed our stay, the service was great from the check in standpoint and requests for towels. The pros was the location and view of river and the space of room. The cons were the water was cold and had to wait 10 minutes before it got warm to use the shower. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Our room wasn't cleaned but we didn't mind majorly although we are used to having our room cleaned daily. We just requested more towels with concierge.

Check in was fast and easy. Maddie was friendly and very pleasant. The whole experience was wonderful.
