Unfortunately this was the worst experience for us in 20 years of family vacations. We are not a very hard family to please, when the basics aren't available it definitely makes it hard to enjoy a place. Two complaints, unclean and very terrible staff. We had issues that really don't seem very complex, dirty bedding on the bed in the mezzanine as well as soiled (with blood) laundry in the linen bag intended for the pullout couch. We also had a toilet that wouldn't flush. I contacted the property and had very slow communication. Anne-Sophie suggested we move to the only other available unit they had, I confinrmed that it had enough room for us and was comparable, she replied yes. We walked all the way over to the room which was in a separate building only to find the room was a massive downgrade, and no oven for us to cook. We had not planned to go out to restaurants due to allergies and purchased the food in advance for the weekend. When I wrote her back explaining we couldn't accept a much smaller place with no oven she said that was all she could do. There was in fact another unit available but she said it was too big for us. This was unacceptable. We ended up stripping the clean sheets off the beds and taking them back to the original unit. Another issue we experienced was an alarm that continued to go off. The only way to stop it was to locate the breaker panel and turn off the alarm. The area itself is excellent, we loved Mont Saint Anne and Charlevoix region.

Facile d’accès

We never received an email with instructions. Did not know there was no reception. We were left stranded without a room at 9pm after 10hrs of driving. The 24hr phone service was never answered after multiple calls and texts. We had to rent a room somewhere else in Beaupré for the first night. They charged us full rate regardless of leaving us stranded. Not even an apology or response at all other than to finally send the information email the next morning. Horrible and stressful way to start a vacation.

Les informations pour entrer dans le logement était simple et facile. Malheureusement, l’intérieur n’était pas propre et était vieillot. Beaucoup de poussière et toile d’araignée. L’intérieur ne correspondait pas aux photos de l’annonce. Déception.

There was hair, fingernail clippings, and even a piece of yellow cheese on the floor; we had to sweep it up. The reservation was for three people, so we had to use the sofa bed; it lacked blankets, and while we found some sheets that looked relatively clean, the available blankets smelled bad. I had to use them anyway because I was cold—at least in the feet—but the odor was strong. The sofa is somewhat uncomfortable because a metal part of the base creates a lump, making it impossible to get a good rest. And don't even get me started on the lighting, which was clearly installed in the most haphazard way possible. As for the master bathroom shower, it wasn't really usable; it only has a bathtub with a handheld shower attachment, which doesn't make for a practical way to shower.

We rented a very clean and spacious condo with luxury feel and comfortable beds and a view of the ski hill. There is onsite parking and an elevator in the main building we were in. We used the nearby pool and the sauna and also the hot tub although the hot tub did not have jets that worked. However the place was lacking in a few aspects: - Neither TV worked. The upstairs one did not even turn on and the downstairs one was not a Smart TV (so we couldn't sign in to any of our own accounts for streaming apps) and did not have cable so it was useless also. - Basic things like dishwasher tabs; a kitchen scrub pad; coffee filters; a dish draining board were not provided and there was no sugar, salt, oil etc. - Insect screen in one of the bedroom windows was missing. - There are no laundry facilities in the unit (despite there being tons of space and many closets). We likely wouldn't stay here again.

Living room could be cleaner, otherwise all amenities were just good. Also some coffee needs availability will be appreciable.

am requesting a refund for my hotel stay because there was no running water available. I was unable to shower, brush my teeth, or use the bathroom facilities properly. The experience was extremely distressing and left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. Access to running water is a basic necessity, and without it, I was unable to use the accommodations as expected. I would appreciate a full refund and would like this matter reviewed as soon as possible.

The apartment was very clean, however outdated, you walk back to the 90’s. Spacious, but now shower… I had to wash my hair crumpled up in the tub.

Unit 1306 was a very tired unit. I wouldn’t recommend this unit for more than 1 overnight. The original fridge is broken and in its place is a small minifridge that barely had enough room for snacks. The oven is a toaster oven which only works in baking mode (the toaster setting doesn’t work at all). No dishwasher and no room on the counter for the dish rack. It’s pretty hard to cook a meal in this kitchen. The pool is located 2 KM from the building so don’t count on a swim during your stay. For the price we paid, and the location, we would have done better in a discount hotel outside Quebec City.

The condo wasn’t clean but the staff was very helpful with the situation and quickly relocated us to a different unit, which was much better. We enjoyed the interior parking and being at walking distance from the gondola/trails.

Même si l'état de l'appartement n'était pas entièrement bien entretenu ( on voit qu'il a bien vécu), nous avons très bien dormi. On a beaucoup aimé cet endroit. C'était calme. La réception en ligne est réactive. Le logement est grand. Nous reviendrons !
