Overall, the room is clean and tidy. It features decorative artwork, a large flat-screen TV, and a king-size bed with soft pillows. I was pleased to find a microwave in the room. The bathroom is bright and clean, with plenty of towels.
I was surprised to find makeup remover wipes—a pleasant surprise.
There is a free simple breakfast served from 6 to 10 a.m., which includes hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal, and bread. Beverages include two types of juice—orange and apple—as well as water, coffee, tea, and milk (for cereal). There are also many types of sweet toppings (fruit spreads, honey, maple syrup). For a snack, you can have fruit—bananas, apples, and sometimes mandarins.
On the downside:
-The coffee machine is dirty, with lime scale stains inside; it’s clear that no one has cleaned it in a long time. I left a note for the cleaning staff asking them to clean it—no one responded, which was very disappointing. I had to clean it myself just to be able to drink coffee or tea.
-The shampoo bottles were half-empty, as if they had been left behind by previous guests and no one had replaced them.
-There is no safe for storing valuables.
