I and my husband only stay here for one night, so I just reserved a shared bathroom. But it's such a wonderful experience. It has a little balcony so you can smoke at there. The room is very clean! Every thing is good! And you can free parking, that's is very good. Highly recommend! Hope we will have chance to coming back!

Le personnel accueillant et souriant, nous avons le droit a une carte pour tous les transports gratuits avec les horaires du funiculaire et bus a l'arrivée n'oubliez pas de redemander si vous n'avez pas eu le mail ! Petit déjeuner salé/sucré avec pas mal de choix. Seul et vraiment seul bémol : les oreillers sont horribles 😁😁

Het was een prima kamer, niet heel bijzonder, maar voldoende. Het uitzicht vanuit het restaurant was zeer mooi. Het ontbijt was echter erg summier en hadden wij meer van verwacht, aangezien het in de avond een sterren-restaurant betreft.

Staff were really helpful, happy and friendly. Good sized room and amazing views.

A bit of commute to the property if you on your feet but the views are worth it. Room was clean, views from balcony were amazing, breakfast was a top notch! Staff was very friendly and left me the option for self check in. Our best stay in Lucern!

Posizione fantastica, camera pulita, personale molto gentile, ottimi prodotti per colazione e parcheggio gratuito. Location immersa nel verde. Unico disagio la mancanza dell'ascensore, andrebbe segnalato. Mia moglie con un problema alla gamba ha fatto fatica.

O hotel é lindo, aconchegante, os funcionários são super simpáticos mesmo não falando a lingua fizeram de tudo para nos agradar. O quarto super confortável e com uma vista maravilhosa.

We had a one-night stay at Hotel Sonnenberg. It is located about 15 min (or 8-10km) drive from Lucern. Very convenient for those who have a car. Parking is provided and complimentary. The room and bathroom are in ok size. Quite basic and may need some upgrading; but clean. The view from the balcony of the room is gorgeous. Very open and can see the mountains and beautiful scenery. There is a Michelin 1 star restaurant at the hotel. We had dinner there and enjoyed every single course of our 5-course dinner. Service is impeccable. Dinner is definitely the highlight of our hotel stay. An entirely pleasant surprise for us. Now comes the "Negatives" -- there is no elevator at the hotel. We had to drag our luggages up two flights of stairs. What is more, there are no one working at 3ish pm when we checked in. We got our room key from a lock box. However, there was no one there to help us at all with the luggages or answer questions we had. There were a few people around, but no one offered to help us with the luggages at all. I sent email to them earlier. They were neither not replied or took them a long time to reply. Customer service definitely has to be improved.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es amplio y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno; aunque no es muy variado, presenta productos de mucha calidad. Solamente mencionar que las habitaciones parecen necesitar renovación y en el área de regadera del baño se han creado un poco de hongos. En general es buena opción.
