The room is spacious which is very clean ! And it is close to main shopping centre and rainy station

酒店設備齊全，乾淨程度算是中上吧，員工服務很好，當日入住時間可能太夜吧，前台已關門，可以在大門前按鐘，很快便有一個夜間員工伯伯出來幫我辦理手續，入多房間真的給我一個驚喜，房間很大很大，有一個很大的廳和房，亦附設露台，酒店提供洗髮液和番梘，要自備牙膏牙刷，酒店亦有提供咖啡沖劑和茶包，到了晚上可以沖一杯熱咖啡或茶坐在露台的椅子上，靜靜的欣賞一下凱恩斯城市夜景和天上的星星。

1、酒店的地理位置相当不错，紧靠市中心商场（三层）和火车站，商场内有coles，target，k mart三家超市、food court、三家主流电信服务商（telstra、optus、vodafone）和很多商铺。 2、到大堡礁码头步行20-30分钟、uber 9刀，到机场Uber 20刀以内。 3、预订入住的是两卧室公寓，钥匙开门后是一个4平米的门厅，两侧各有一个带锁房门，两间卧室是独立的，都有厨房；一间相当于带厨房的标间，一间相当于套间，有带顶天井、起居室和卧室，还有洗衣机和烘干机。 酒店不提供每日清洁服务，室内保洁靠自己（如住宿1星期以上酒店提供一次清洁服务）。增加如毛巾之类的用品需额外付费。 4、二层和三层的房间没有电梯。 5、免费停车。 6、有露天泳池、提供免费BBQ用具。

隔音差一點 去碼頭慢行大約30分鐘 整體不錯 會再選擇

整體不錯，交通方便，設備齊全，稍微不足是一連住三天卻沒有更換毛巾的服務

糟糕的一次体验，态度差极了！

飯店乾淨公共設施良好但住宿7天只提供一卷衛生紙（若要額外衛生紙需付費）一次房間整理，更換浴巾也要付費

酒店位置不错，去市中心不远，附近有超市，环境安静，设施也较新，入住，退房手续简单，可以简单的煮东西吃，是个不错的酒店。

廁所裡面有很多果蠅，其中一天還有很噁心的酸臭味從排水溝裡出來....衛生方面有待加強。但是房間裡面應有盡有，住宿和廚房使用上非常方便！距離市中心還是有一小段距離，但是離商場很近！

The staffs are friendly and helpful to provide information. The apartment is next to a big shopping mall. Its easy for finding eats and shopping.

非常好的酒店，管理人员非常nice。就是一间屋里有两户，最奇怪的是一把钥匙可以开两间房，还好，吧会中物品存到了前台。

Spacial room. Staff is nice. Good location. But the wifi signal is weak.

We stayed 3 nights and no room make up which means you have to use the same towels for 3 days. You must bring your amenities because they will only provide shampoo and a soap. Location is the best which is next to the railway station and a shopping centre where you can get your meals and everything there. You can go to beach and reef fleet terminal by 30 min walk. Very convenient.

Very good location just next to the railway station and shopping centre. You can join the rainforest tour by taking the train, walk 30 minutes to the reef fleet terminal and get your meals from the food court of the shopping center and supermarket. However, no cleaning services provided in my 3 nights stay and not even changing towels which makes me disappointed.

位置很好，附近有大型商場和餐廳，公寓下的停車場也有很多泊車位是免費的
