Room was clean and well appointed. I was surprised the shower was over the spa but not unusual for country motels and not a deal breaker. Spa was big and deep, great for a long soak. Key wasn't in the room when we arrived but quickly arrived and staff were helpful and friendly when we had trouble figuring out how to lock the door. Room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was large and met our needs.

we enjoyed our stay, room was big and good value. it was very close to the mineral springs and the pizza place across had the most delicious woodfired pizza on a rainy night!

We were in Hepburn Springs to attend a concert at the hotel next door. Jordan was excellent to deal with when I needed to make some changes to the accommodation . The room was warm and spotless and had everything that we required for an echogram vernight stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, as they are always unreachable by phone and don’t provide support when it’s needed.

Quiet clean location with nice soft towels! A lovely couple managing it and improving the gardens. Great place to stay. Be prepared to pay $16:50 for a glass of wine at the historic hotel close by.

Very clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good Tea making including biscuits and milk. Beaut fluffy large bath sheets. Easy parking. Complimentary Laundry, very clean. Good location. Very good stay at a very well run motor inn by very hospitable people.

Lovely room, bed was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The only minor negative, especially being older is the shower was over the spa bath for getting in and out

Easy access & txt communication was very prompt. Room was ready for late check in. Parking was tight. Hilly area, lots of big vehicles that night so space felt very confined. Large clean room & bedding which was great. Extra blanket available & used as it was a cold night. Very light curtains on windows, which unfortunately didn't feel very private. Bathroom was dated , decor wise, with a deep , beige spa bath. The shower was hard to use as you had to climb into the bath to stand under it. It didn't bother me, but I could imagine lots of people finding this difficult. Shower arm was very high up and hard to adjust. I didn't want wet hair, just a quick shower , so this didn't really suit me. I may have got the last room at the motel so maybe this spa bath was the only option left. I wouldn't book it by choice.
