The room and the interior was good, even the view is not what I wanted. The facilities inside is quite complete, they provide microwave, coffee maker, and a heater besides those ‘standard’ hotels offered. The location is good, close to tram station and Wolworths supermarket, walks for 15 mins to St. Kilda pier. The only minus point is they don’t have elevator, just stairs! It is quite difficult for those who bring a luggage. They also didn’t inform the guess if you will get free water bottles or not, they will suddenly debt when you checked out ☹️
