Great location for one night, right by the famous Pigeon Rocks. Places to eat nearby, breakfast good, staff great.

I would not recommend staying here unless major renovations are done. The hotel is extremely old and in desperate need of updating. My room smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it’s supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom had black mold on the tub, and the carpet was dirty and had a terrible odor. Overall, it felt very unclean and uncomfortable. The only positive thing about my stay was the staff — they were friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Fareed, who was awesome and tried his best to make things better. Unfortunately, even great staff can’t make up for the poor condition of the property

I had high hopes when i checked in to this hotel after coming from a previous hotel. The staff did nit even acknowledge me at first and was very short and dry. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and we were told to wait which is completely fine but when out check in time came, they did not check us in and instead just gave us another room on a lower level. The bed is uncomfortable, the staff at the front desk is a joke. For the same price u can go to Grand Habtoor hotel and be treated like absolute ROYALTY for the same price AND they are cleaner, and the rooms are 100x better. I think the staff thought they were better than the customers not being aware that they probably cant even afford to stay at the hotel they’re working at. Please retrain your staff. A first impression is very important.

The location and view is great, but outside cars and music noise is unbearable all night and sometime from other rooms partying in the hotel

Great place to stay very clean and amazing staff . Shopping and Resturant all within walking distance Food is great! but if you not used to the city noise and cars beeping every minute find you a deferent place up in the mountains.. otherwise A+ will come back again !!

Rawshe is great, but because of the proximity to the water there is an old musty smell in the hotel room at all times.

Hotel was good overall staff was nice, but the shower wasn’t the best no body wash need some renovation

Amazing location

It was a great stay but the area around the hotel was noisy and unsafe sorry to say that the hotel and facilities are very professional overall we enjoyed the visit thanks Arjaan hotel
