Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage.

The room is kind of outdated. Especially the bathtub, you can see some chip off. The front desk keeps calling asking for some arrival document which was already presented in the first place. Told her that I will return the call when available, but keeps calling, at 11pm. The breakfast was good even when they say it was a simple breakfast, between 3-5am. it was well above average.

It said 4 stars but it is not, the windows are very dirty, the water is leaking out when shower, but i have to say the service is very good

Great hotel, used before and after our trip to Machu Picchi

Great service, clean rooms, friendly staff. Central location about 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas, historic center and many shops and eateries. Special thanks to Edgar and staff who helped me with my initial altitude sickness. Great place to stay to launch your trip to Machu Picchu

The breakfast was awesome. Huge variety of food and many local items. The room we had was very comfortable with a nice view. The windows when closed eliminated the noise on street. The staff were very polite attentive and helpful. We will return here again.

Great hotel to stay at. It was centrally located and very walkable to most things. The staff was friendly and multilingual. The restaurant was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. The room was very clean, had a great view and the amenities were on point. I would stay here again when returning. I did not have a car, so cannot comment on parking, but there was a bus stop near by, also taxi and shuttle services were available. Great place to stay.

Great location at one end of the main street

Everyone and everything about this hotel is fantastic. Rooms, location, food all great. Staff calls you by name, 24hr room service, excellent breakfast with many choices.

Walking in the area was safe.

Peru rail is close by that was a plus .
