I was satisfied their service and the room is clean

The sheets and blankets smell like smoke. The floor boards were cracked and lifting. The bathroom was so small, you couldn’t turn around. TV very small and hard to use. We only stayed for one night. The breakfast was adequate.

Clean room. Value for money.

Smaller lower economy place. They price themselves in good service. I wpuld stay again.

The location is great - walking distance to amenities and access to the main roads to sites in the area.

Bad a/c -and what was served at breakfast - I would not classify as a breakfast. The room I was in was directly facing a pub / tavern across the street. And because of smoking regulations a great number of patrons were out on the street most of night. Live in the city expect the city life. Fair enough but this was a bit much.

It was clean. We were disappointed with the lack of breakfast food. When yogurt ran out and people were there to eat, it was not replenished. It would also have been nice to offer fresh fruit. The washroom door off breakfast area has a door that does not lock or latch.

Overall it was a good stay. There were a few minor things that were missed by housekeeping but was pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was awesome

Great service clean room friendly and fair staff

The room was loud but fairly clean. The walls had cracks and some dirt. The door did not fully fit so there was a draft and snow got in when it was windy. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room temperature comfortable.

Nice location

Front end staff was rude. The room flooring had obvious signs of previous water damage and during the night the floor flooded with brown foul smelling water from upstairs. Additionally, there was water leaking from the bathroom light switch. When we shared this information first thing in the morning we were accused of causing the ceiling leak, were sweared at and threatened to have the police called on. We asked to speak to the general manager Alex Choi and were asked to leave, because 'people like us are ruining the motel'. When we left the lobby, heading to our car, the man working the front desk yelled out across the parking lot 'shove your cell phone up your ass'. A very unusual series of escallating events for a minor maintenance event.

poor cleaning of the toilet

Everything works good except for cleanliness. Bathroom paper was not folded to say it's been cleaned. I could see hair on the floor and the worst is hair on my bedsheet. I felt itchy for some reason knowing that the sheet was not clean or changed. Econolodge management should check on this issue.

A very economical stay for a weekend getaway. The room was very clean. A breakfast could be purchased, which had a very wide selection of food.

The room was clean,good bed,but staff not so much.tje front desk closes at 9pm,,I told them I would not be in till 11pm.they called me 3 times,to critique me about being late and when I was getting there
