Room was simple but clean, and has been updated. Best price, great value for the stay. We only spent one night and left early, but continental breakfast is included.

The receptionist didn't provide good customer service. I don't think that type of job is a good fit for him.

It was ok, however asked for a pillow since there were only 3 in the room… The manager Had to triple check our booking to see that we were 4 people and actually needed 4 pillows… no extra pillows were allowed. The ice machine was also in the office, which closed at 10 and it was an inconvenience to ask for access at 10:20. Also check out was at 10am… which they had to call our room and tell us at 10:10… no one told us while we checked in. Would not recommend staying there again.

I would never stay or recommend this hotel ever again. Did not get the room I paid for, I was charged for my little dog. there was screaming and police all night long. People out side my room smoking weed. I was actually to scared to sleep.

Staff were rude and unaccommodating. Room was terrible and the hotel is located in a dead area of town. Was so bad, we skipped our stay and drove home. No refund of course as we were five minutes past the refund deadline when we made the request.

BED BUGS We stayed in room 206, woke up next to a bed bug beside me at 5AM. I had bites on my elbow and foot. Told the staff and he said he wanted to see for himself, questioned me and got disrespectful and aggressive towards me when I first told him. I had a live picture with the dates, time location and he still didn’t believe me. Once he seen that my husband was in the room his attitude changed. He checked the whole bed, which was double lined and didn’t see any live activity of bed bugs and said if he didn’t find any, we weren’t getting a refund. I had gave him the bed bug in the napkin that I kept and he said that it wasn’t a bed bug. It was clearly a bed bug and was lying. After trying to explain to him that it was, showed him my bites, another coworker of his came and said it was. We got an apology and a refund but at the cost of advocating for ourselves. Do not stay here.

Not clean, bad smell, felt like a dungeon

Couldn't figure out how to start the air conditioning as buttons were labelled in a foreign European? language. Thankfully my buddy figured out the bottom right yellow button was it

I wasn't going to complain but 4 others had same experience in our group. The breakfast is only 730-930 he wouldn't give us a bread or cereal to come at 7am Told me they think we have pool and gym too we don't Parking is not near your place so carrying stuff really far The room was 84 degrees and air conditioner didn't work Sketchy clientele to leave door open To air out Hung up on when we said ac didn't work Told my to shower so not warm in room Got a fan but it blew hot air We would have left if it wasn't 10pm Not worth the savings It was clean but rest of experience not polite or accommodating staff I pay for air conditioning to work and didn't get

This accommodation was very much over sold over priced and was the worst experience of any hotel stay we have ever had. I made the reservation for 2 nights for a standard queen room - Was told a queen size bed we even measured it and It was a double. Then when checking in they were dismissive and rude. Refused to give a receipt for my cash deposit. When I got into our room there was no shampoo no conditioner only 2 towels and was told housekeeping only comes every second day. I went back to the front desk and said politely sir there are 2 of us on this reservation which means we need 2 key cards not one and he said we only give one thats the set up we also need at the very least 2 shampoo 2 conditioner 2 more full size towel and 2 wash cloths. He acted like it was this biggest inconvenience that I even asked. Lets fast forward to a very cross contamination continental breakfast only from 7:30am to 9am. They only offered bread bagels with only options for cheese whiz or peanut butter they only had a bowl of apples and boiled eggs you had to peel yourself. He had a 1 litre of no name orange juice in the fridge I thought wow ill grab a glass for my partner who's allergic to apples when I poured it out it was NOT ORANGE JUICE it was either tang or another juice that could contain apples. Their ice machine was from 1970s super small and can not efficiently provide for more than one customer. The toiletries were the cheapest refilled low end crap they should not be in hospitality
