The room was clean, staffs are nice and approachable. Plus point that the pool was accessible and clean.

My second time experience here was quite unexpected, the front office is nice, but they don't help guest when you are carrying your luggage. As I stayed here alone, as a single female it wasn't the best spot because it was a red light of makati they said. I been often asked by security where I'm going even I have my own room, no doubt because I could see a lot of different kind of girls here. But one of the most unexpected experience here is, I had my panic attack during the stay and it was a severe one I couldn't breath and all. I called the front office, the security and housekeeping came and was very helpful. I am grateful for the housekeeper who help me during those attack and calmed me down. You have saved a life. So thank you makati palace.

Hassle elevator from parking. Parking is so untidy and smells like drainage. Not recommended for staycation and relaxation.

It's good but there are some cockroaches in our room but I like the area it's huge.

In terms of cleanliness, the room and ambiance is not good. Very unsatisfying that's we check out the hotel same day we check in.

We spent our Christmas here! The studio room was huge. I love that they have a bath tub. I hope they improve their lighting. I thought the room was a bit dark.

We had a great stay here. The staffs were very accommodating. It was a family-friendly hotel. Our kids really enjoyed the pool.

Pelayan cukup baik. kebersihan kurang, kamar mandi sudah cukup usang dan showernya sangat lemah.

Stayed here for 10 days, staffs are nice and accommodating. They sent up complimentary stacks at least thrice from their cafeteria downstairs. Near restaurants so you wouldnt have a hard time looking for a place to eat.

Hotel is old and worn down, really need a fix-up.

Receptionists are very accommodating. Whole stay was amazing, I love the room. Great location, totally worth it! 💗

It was great for its price. The room was spacious but a bit old. Guards were friendly and accommodating too. I will surely go back if I need to stay to a place in the heart of Makati.
