The only concern was the noise from the AC unit (central). They are in the process of insty new multy-split unit which will be virtually silent.

Very welcoming staff. Stayed for one day but it was worth it.

Great room for sure. If you park across the road for multiple days, buy the hotel's parking pass. If it's only overnight, don't bother.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel with a spacious room. Just stayed one night passing through on a roadtrip. Great location downtown with plenty of restaurants/bars nearby!

Rooms were clean and cozy. Only draw back was that the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room in any way. Sat between 22-25 degrees celsius all night, even when changed to cool until 18 degrees Celsius.

Clean room and peaceful Would stay again

This was a last minute booking, I only live about an hour’s drive away. We decided to stay in the city instead of going home. I booked this hotel because the price was a sale and it offered a continental breakfast. The email I got informed me that there is no staff overnight at the hotel, so we made sure we got checked in before 11 pm and said good bye to the desk agent. After getting into our room, we both had showers. The smoke detector started to beep. It beeped intermittently for about 90 minutes. Since there is not staff overnight, there is no one to inform, so no one to offer a room change or any other options. We waited awhile, waved towels around, contemplated just going home and then it stopped and didn’t go off again. We slept well, the bed was comfortable. In the morning at 9:00 am we went to the lobby expecting the continental breakfast and there was none. We were going to make a coffee, it was out of water. The desk was not staffed at that moment, so we could not inform anyone of the lack of water. A few minutes later staff came to the desk, I informed them of the smoke alarm beeping, they apologized, said they would have maintenance check into it and follow up with me via email. I hope they filled the water.

Clean and central to downtown

Nice hotel. Tough area with homeless people. Although we had no trouble, it was uncomfortable walking around.

The hotel was amazing, and the receptionist/guest service staff were fabulous and helpful. They go above and beyond (Kunal, Shammiran & Mae), always with a beautiful smile and a big heart. I will definitely come back again.

An excellent downtown location across from Covent Market Square and great independent restaurants. Parking is off site underground across the street. Easy access and take advantage of the Hotel parking pass. Great couples room! Recommend Loft #407.

Most uncomfortable cot i have ever used. The A/C venting was falling out of the window and would not lower how cold air was. It was on or off. That was it. This hotel was good for location but expensive to park and not too happy with the room.

Staff was over the top helpful good location

The room was super cute and the bed was comfy but the AC was TERRIBLE. It was so hot in my room and it would not cool down below 22 despite me having it set much lower. It is also evident that the hotel knows about this as there was a tower fan in the room. Overall, loved the location and the hotel itself but the heat made it very hard to sleep.

Front desk girl was very nice , room was clean , bed comfy. Parking was across the street . Great location less than a 5 min walk to Rock The Park !! Overall it was a good stay

It was close to everything I needed for my stay. The place was very clean, staff was helpful.

Odd layout with the bathroom and shower

The room was very stylish and well appointed. I rated it 4 stars because there was what I can only describe as a urine smell in my room. It was pretty strong. The candy and the cold drinks in the lobby was a nice touch. Be aware that parking is not included and not onsite and that the area outside of the hotel is not the safest place to be at night.
