The hotel is clean with good location,but the service is terrible.Even I hang the sign"do not disturb" on the door, the girls still enter and clean the room,finally I missed $10000Peso from my wallet(on the desk) when I back!!!!!! The most upset thing is that there is no any response from the hotel after clearing the details with the lady in front desk who told me will report to manager and check the security. finally give nothing to me even without any "sorry"

The room was perfect, however the door key stopped working after the first attempt, and the WiFi did not work throughout my stay so I had to use my data

LOOKS GOOD, SAFE & QUIET

Nous avons passés 2 jours dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été bien accueilli, le personnel est réactif, poli.La literie est très bien. Le petit dejeuner est fournis : il y a du choix. Seul bémol: on entend tout , les gens dans les couloirs, les alarmes de voitures , le concert des chiens et comme on nous avait dit à l'accueil le wifi ne fonctionne pas tres bien selon où on est.

The room was nice, the bathroom was great, and the bed was decently comfortable. However, we were on the same floor as the restaurant and it was quite loud in the mornings. There was also a restaurant down the street that played very loud music at 1am one of the nights and the windows did not filter the sound very well.

There was leakage of water in the room. From the toilet water was coming in the room.

Muy ruidoso, me tocó habitación al lado de un bar-cafetería.. fue imposible dormir hasta pasadas las 01:00 am. Terrible considerando es un viaje por trabajo, y no hicieron esfuerzo por cambiar la habitación.

Muy agradable el personal, cómoda y grande la suite.

Hotel de muy buena limpieza, ubicación muy buena. Lamentablemente la habitación es muy poco funcional, el sector de la ducha debiera mejorar ya que el agua sale hacia afuera mojando la sala de baño. El sector de comedores no lo encontré agradable, al no existir cortinas y estar puesto la televisión a un volumen alto, era molesto. El ruido de maquinaria en una parte del edificio era a ratos insoportable.

Muy bueno el recibimiento, la habitacion muy espaciosa y moderna decoración, la limpieza perfecta , la vista al maravillosa, desayuno muy rico y variado , se puede usar la piscina ( con aforo) , y su gran terraza para los que fumamos ,en general es un hotel muy tranquilo y todos muy amables en su trato, además la ubicación cercana a restaurantes de comida gourmet , pizzas y la playa cavancha a 4 min caminando , hace de este hotel , una de las mejores opciones en iquique , felicidades y por supuesto que volveremos . Altamente recomendable
