Comfortable and clean hotel. The atmosphere is nice there. The only one shortage is that there's only one bus could take to the city center every 30 min.

Price is good. Staffs are friendly. Due to the location constrict, it is not convenient if you don't drive.

We had a lovely experience. The room was great and airy so the boys could play after a long journey. Dinner was great with a good menu catering for special dietary requirements and a good selection of drinks. Staff were helpful and friendly and the service was impeccable. We will return.

Bathtub and faucet did not drain properly and was even coming up with old dirty water when it wasn’t being used. Sauna room wasn’t working, which I was looking really forward too. Sauna pool was nice but was only allowed for a certain amount of time. Besides that overall good stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, my stay didn't meet expectations. The primary reason I chose this hotel over others in town was the spa, and I was quite disappointed to find that it was inaccessible to hotel guests. It proved very difficult to book either online or in person throughout my entire visit. Given that the location is a bit further out from the city center, the inability to use the spa facilities significantly impacted the value of my stay. I hope the hotel improves its booking accessibility for future guests or the standard access should be included within the stay.

Great hotel. We had an evening meal there and the food was fantastic. Rhodri on reception could not have been more welcoming. Will stay there again.

Room was very clean on arrival, didn't need to ask for iron and ironing board as already in the room which was helpful. Having to pay extra for use of the pool was a surprise

All good. External bike storage was not sufficient so we were allowed to store bikes in rooms for £50 deposit.

The breakfast was very good for buffet with cooked options. It’s well located for Winchester but not a hotel with charming views and paying for parking on top of room charges needs looking at. Why not make it inclusive ? A fridge in the room and capsule coffee maker would be more useful than a safe.

This was our first visit of the property under the new name and branding. The redesigned foyer and common areas are appealing and well designed, our family room was clean and comfortable and nicely put together in terms of style. The restaurant area is less successful in terms of design and we would not rate the breakfast above average. However, five stars to the entire breakfast team (open kitchen included) for their warm hospitality.
