We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, Marta made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to show us around the hotel before escorting us to our room, which was such a lovely personal touch. Our family room was brilliant. The kids absolutely loved having their own upstairs room, and it made our stay so comfortable. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming and always happy to help. The food was delicious in every restaurant, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. Our favourite was definitely the all-you-can-eat buffet. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and full of flavour. The entertainment every evening was spectacular and one of the highlights of our holiday. We also loved the hotel’s location right on the beach. Spending time at the beach bar with the beautiful sea views was our favourite way to relax. Excellent location with lots of shops right next to the hotel- your classic holiday gift shops with gorgeous Greek bits and bobs and not a super long taxi ride from the airport and only a 15 minute taxi ride to old town. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We made some wonderful family memories and would happily return again!

There was so many good things about the hotel.

The staff was very attentive and super helpful. They made sure that we have a great room that would be convenient with toddler. In addition they were friendly and always happy to interact with a toddler. They have great pools, the kids pool is amazing in the shade but there is one downside the pool floor was covered with slippery tiles, which wasn't very safe or practical for either adults or children, as people frequently slipped. There is food all the time and is great. The main restaurant food can get a bit repetitive but still good. Make sure to try the beach restaurants. The private beach is very convenient and they have a lot of sun-beds. The beach is a bit rocky so make sure to bring appropriate shoes.

Very bad ……………………………………….

The staff were generally very attentive and the property was very clean throughout our stay. Have only given 3 stars as the vegetarian options at the buffet were aleays cold and despite telling the staff about this, nothing changed. We also asked for our meals at the a la carte restaurants to be booked for 7pm as had a 10 month old with us who needed to be put to bed at 8.30pm every night. So were i cresivky disappointed when told on our penultimate night that the greek a la carte had been booked for 8.30pm. Obviously we wouldnt have requested this time, so were disappointed when they told us that we had and couldnt accommodate us at any other time, meani g that another cold dinner at the buffet jad to be endured. Please also note that the 'mountain view' rooms actually overlook a busy road, so would be better asvertised as 'road view'

Ruhig, sauber, gut Lage

Uitstekend, goed onderhouden hotel. Alles ziet er netjes en schoon uit. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Eten is uitstekend en de buffetten worden goed bijgehouden zodat je nooit misgrijpt. Minpuntje: te weinig stoelen en bedjes op strand en bij de zwembaden.

Staff were lovely, clean and restaurant option's are great. Pool lounger allocation was difficult but everything else was great.

Lovely staff but an extremely dated hotel. The entrance and lobby area and main dining hall has no atmosphere and needs a major refurbishment. It’s a 3-4 star hotel at best. We had a lot of complaints when we first arrived like delayed check in, lack of pool towels, broken down water slides and even though the staff were apologetic it really dampened our stay. We have been to a few other Grecotels and this was by far the most disappointing.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was fine although beds are quite uncomfortable/soft. The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar). Pool - although beautiful on the photos, very dirty in reality so we didn’t even use it. The following staff made our stay memorable - Klevis, Despina, Martina, Panagiota!

- Check in should have been 3pm didn’t check in until 5pm after chasing - Back door wouldnt lock on arrival needed fixing - Woken up by cleaners as we have didnt have no distrub sign - Shower floods the bathroom - Table bookings made us wait 20 minutes to be seated. And we had ask again then when seated in the rose we had to ask for service after sitting there for 15 mins both had upset stomachs - No help with taxi managed to flag one down within 2min outside - Dirty cup outside our room since checking in - Broken tiles outside back door - Had to ask for a drink 5 times in Japanese restaurant to then be served the wrong drink - Still drinks don’t taste right - Menus not explained when seated in Japanese restaurants - Not enough sun beds

Amazing experience

It’s was amazing and lovely place, spacial thank you front desk and all staff in the hotel for they hospitality and making our stay unforgettable Definitely I will come back this place ❤️

Fantastisk service med överförväntan på mat och dryck för en all-inclusive. Ala carte restaurangerna är på en högnivå. Bra läge med bara 20 minuter till flygplats och Rhodos stan. Finns många fina båtturer i närheten och en kul vattenpark. Det enda minuset är sängarna och särskilt kuddarna så vi vill gärna tillbaka men då tar vi med oss egna kuddar och täcken. Överlag ett 4.5 stjärnigt hotell helt klart. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Väldigt nöjd med vår vistelse, mycket bra all- inclusive, fint hotell och omgivning.

Beautiful pool area, beach bar and location on the beach were great. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. Good range of food and the A la carte restaurants were excellent but many of the hot food options were only luke warm in the main self service restaurant which was disappointing.

Veldig god mat. Fantastisk med 2 bad på familierom. Rent og pent. Dessverre var bassengene veldig kalde og lite solsenger rundt bassengene, men mye ledig på stranda.
