Lobby等候区偏小，房间暖气声音有点大，其他特别棒！

Pool was closed, the front desk was not helpful when asking questions about the area

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool could use some updating but was great for kids.

Room was very clean with a great bed! Front desk staff were friendly and informative. Excellent access to many restaurants, fast food, grocery and drugstores. It’s a couple of quick turns from the freeway, but noise was not an issue.

Easy access to I5 and the 405 freeways.

Need high power exhaust fans in bathroom. After showering it was too warm and damp to use mirror. Could not see to apply makeup and hair dryer would not adjust to high speed.

We loved this hotel. Great service and the under ground parking garage was so convenient! Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Bothell area.

There was only one staff member on duty andshe was stretched tp the limit in trying to accomodate all guests. Our TV was not set to get any live local TV stations. We learned that the previous guest had the same issue. We were concerned that this young lady was alone overnight and had no back-up for her own security.

Difficult to find the entrance — terrible signage.

No AC in lobby, or fitness's room, pool room.

Clean and quiet, exactly what you need. Was there on a busy holiday weekend but front desk was always available and helpful when needed. Will book again when back in the area.

Very noisy gusts after 10 PM called front desk twice. No answer.

I like this hotel.

Great staff. Quiet. They have a restaurant and house. Very convenient. Also outback steakhouse is less than a five minute walk.
