Wir haben es wirklich geliebt!! Von vorne bis hinten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Das Hotel hat uns im großen und ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück sowie die a la carte Restaurants waren top. Das Mittagessen und Abendessen hat sich (wie in vielen anderen Hotels auch) nach 7 Tagen wiederholt. Das Sprudelwasser hat oft in dem großen Essenssaal nach Chlor geschmeckt. Der Strand sowie die Strandbar und die Poolbar ist sehr gut organisiert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Als Hinweis, der Pool ist 3 m tief also Ball spielen oder ähnliches ist fast nicht möglich…

Tolles Hotel! Sehr modernes und sauberes Ambiente, das Essen ist absolut top – große Auswahl und alles frisch. Der Strand ist wunderschön und perfekt zum Entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Overall a really good experience from start to finish. Would recommend coming here with your family. Most fantastic place for it.

The basics were handled well: the food, snacks, and drinks were GOOD overall, though it can be confusing to figure out which outlet serves what at times. The air conditioning worked reliably and the bedding was comfortable. However, service and facilities left much to be desired. The shared pool Jacuzzi functions were out of order, and service consistently missed the mark. Food shortages occurred—like a certain item running out at the BBQ station two hours before closing—which is simply unacceptable for this price point. Consistency is an issue: welcome amenities varied drastically depending on who managed the check-in, based on clear observations of other arriving guests. Charging €20–€35 for late check-out at a supposedly five-star hotel is disappointing, regardless of the amount. On the culinary side, the Italian à la carte and Steakhouse experiences were good, but the so-called Italian Brunch was a letdown: the menu descriptions did not match the served food, which was BLAND and of poor quality. Bottom line: for the rates charged, especially compared to other local resorts, these issues are unacceptable and fall farrrrr short of five-star standards.

L'hotelbest tres adapté pour les familles. Il est tres récemment rénové, les lits sont confortables. La nourriture et très bonne et variée, nous sommes restés 10 jours en aout sans qu'il n'y ait eu trop de répétition au buffet principal. Le restaurant asiatique et les pizzas en bord de mer le midi sont excellents. Spectacles tous les soirs sans que ca soit trop tardif ou bruyant.

i would like to state that i am a huge fan of the Mitsis group and have had over 12 stays at their hotels, however this is my first trip to one after covid and a lot has changed. the quality of the food is not great, and even the themed restaurants are serving food which is not good! the Rinela has had a great face lift and the sea is delightful, whilst we were there it was so windy and the life guards were excellent at keeping a watch. the staff in general were ok however the way they run the breakfast and dinner service is not great, you feel as though you are a number to be feed and moved on, not a very luxurious experience in fact the opposite. this may be due to the fact that it was August and the hotel was full. the pizza on the beach was ok, not very tasty and lacking in ingredients. the BBQ would run out everyday of simple things like cheese, hot dogs, lettuce! they also have a tendency to speak in Greek about the guests and as i do speak Greek it was not always very nice! the beach service is very hit and miss, you may get offered a drink and then nothing for the next two days. they just need to sharpen everything up and keep a smile on their faces, after all they are selling themselves as a 5 star hotel. i will never return to the Rinela and i am sad standards have dropped so much. the back office staff try and accommodate you as much as they can but again they are not very careful with their words. i would rate this hotel as a 4 star.

Highs - Excellent beach - Most of staff is friendly, really enjoyed meeting Lefteris, Giorgio and his bar colleague (forgot his name) at the beach bar; Aris in the bar near reception and Katerina, evening housekeeper. - Restaurants Lows - Some guests are very entitled and selfish. Hotel should find ways to address them as it does impact others. You would see 10 chairs reserved by 1 person for the kid's mini disco, endless sunbeds reserved and not used by midday. Vaping in the restaurant and large group of people being quite loud. - I had a linen shirt stolen from the drying rack, which is placed outside the room. A lovely hotel for sure, with some opportunities for improvement to ensure all guests feel comfortable and have equal chances of using all non-private space and facilities.

Bel hôtel, propre, mais le buffet ne varie pas et les avions jours et nuits qui passent juste au dessus de ta tête c'est pas reposant.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im mitsis rinela. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Vor allem an der Rezeption und am Strand. Sofia die Kellnerin hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Und das Team am Empfang war sehr großzügig und äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Immer wieder gerne

Traumhafter Aufenthalt im Mitsis Rinela auf Kreta Unser Urlaub im Mitsis Rinela war rundum gelungen! Die Anlage ist sehr modern und stilvoll gestaltet, mit wunderschönen, frisch renovierten Zimmern, die keine Wünsche offenlassen. Besonders begeistert hat uns das All-Inclusive-Konzept mit mehreren À-la-carte-Restaurants – kulinarisch ein echtes Highlight! Der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel sowie die großzügige Poollandschaft sind außergewöhnlich schön und laden zum Entspannen ein. Auch das Fitnesscenter neben dem Tennisplatz ist top ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für ein gutes Workout braucht. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend – man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen könnte für manche die Nähe zum Flughafen sein, da gelegentlich Fluglärm hörbar ist. Uns hat das jedoch kaum gestört. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Urlaubsort, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen!
