Really nice hotel with good service will choose for next trip

是個非常棒的體驗。周邊風景美，可以到河畔用餐和散步，我入住的飯房型很大，雖然感覺復古，但也很乾淨，旁邊有很飯店自己的停車場，服務人員非常親切，早餐豐富美味。若有到此附近我會再選擇這裡入住。

The worst of this hotel is I have to connect to the WiFi each 2 hours. It is really not convenient for clients. I suffered a lot because of this. I won’t choose this hotel anymore because of the method of connecting WiFi.

太讚的hotel，地點良好，周圍風景迷人超級適合散步，離city center也不會太遠，步行約20分鐘就到了。客房整潔，食物非常好吃，飯店人員很親切，還有免費24hr的wifi可用，有機會再去Krakow，一定再選Hiltin Garden Inn.

Det var en virkelig dejlig oplevelse. Hotellet ligger tæt på midtbyen. De var meget lydhøre overfor vores spørgsmål.

Magnifique séjour , Chambre spacieuse, personnel agréable et efficace Bien situé, possibilité de découvrir la ville sans devoir prendre la voiture ou les transports en commun, parking gratuit Belle vue sur la ville et la rivière .

Utrolig megen larm fra vejarbejde lige op til værelserne - larmen begyndt omkring kl 7 hver morgen. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig spændende. Det var ikke muligt at købe en kop kaffe før kl 17:00

God oplevelse. Fine værelser og rigtig fin morgenmad. Gåafstand til den gamle by og gratis parkering foran hotellet.

Very friendly service personnel. Breakfast was fabulous - a variety of choices, very fresh ingredients. Location-wise it’s not as crowded as in the old town, but also not far away - by foot or by bolt is old town easily reachable.

Great hotel if you are attending a conference at the ICE. A bit far from the old town though.

We stayed in a family room on the top floor. The room was a perfect size for a family of 3. There was a great selection of options at breakfast. Staff were all very helpful. We liked the location, it was about a 25 minute walk to the old town and it was a quiet location.

Nice hotel. Not so close to Old Town, but easy to get there within 15 minutes by tram or bus. Close to river and a small amusement park with Krakow Eye. Room was comfortable, but a bit cold at arrival. The serviceminded staff helped us however to quickly get the room heated. Otherwise clean and comfortable! Good food in restaurant!

Elevator, main door did not work. and breakfast too busy and poor quality of food. staff not professional.
