这家酒店距离海滩很近，餐厅的味道和服务都不错。过马路就是海龟馆和鸟类自然中心，非常方便。只是不在Uber的服务范围内，要让前台叫出租车，出租车去机场要80美金，还是挺贵的

The young lady Prisella at the front desk went above to accommodate our request. We had booked a basic room with no scenery she was able to change us out; of course we paid the difference it was well worth it. The room was perfect for us. The restaurant I will say on day one we went there for dinner. I ordered the enchilada plate which was horrible probably the worse enchilada plate I have ever tasted. I let the waiter know. The following morning we went for the free breakfast it was ok; however the following morning we ordered the omelettes they were great.

My wife and I got diarrhea from morning breakfast. We initially registered for one night. When we arrived we immediately registered for a second night. We told front we registered for another night. The next day we got locked out of our room. Our room was on the 4th floor some distance from the front desk. When i talked to front desk, they acknowledged we had reservation for 2nd day. They said the system wanted us to reregister. Why not call us to reregister!

Very clean, nice pool, and hot tubs. Prices were great for food and drinks. One of our rooms air conditioner was not working. Took a long time to get the room changed.

Cada año vamos al mismo hotel porque nos encanta. El plus este año, es que ya tiene desayuno, lo que hace más fácil la estancia y organización de una comida.

Our stay started off rough, but they took care of us! One thing for sure they do not fail to remind you that you rented through Expedia!!!

It was an amazing stay. To be able to stay at a beachfront hotel was amazing, literally 2 minute walk to the beach from our room. Would highly recommend this.
