Clean comfortable

Arrived to find a phone no to call. No one at reception. All lights off. Called several times and could only leave a message. No response for more than half an hour. Left a message to say I was not happy, to cancel my room and refund my money. 2 hours later i received a message to say a room key was left for me. This is now 7:30 pm. I replied that they obviously had not read my messages., left 2 hours prior. No mention of my calls .

Newly renovated and done nicely, they could use more insulation around the entrance door but otherwise, very comfortable

nice place,clean but when my mother went to tke a shower at 6am there was no hot water

Freshly Renovated rooms, good kitchenette. Bathroom was good, the shower needs to be a little bigger. Friendly staff. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We arrived tired & stressed after I found I had left my phone at Coonabarabran. The receptionist was a joy, she calmed me down and pointed out that we arrived safely, had accommodation and I knew where my phone was and that it was safe for me to pick up on the way home. Our room was lovely, clean with fabulous heating. Thank you so much Fountain View. Ps I have my phone we are home safeand all is right with the world.

Clean property with very good facilities in the room.

I loved that you didn't need to drive to the Artesian pools and the safety of my vehicle was a big priority. The spa resort was amazing. I would defiantly stay again and recommend to my fellow travelers.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Fountain View. Our room was nice and tidy. Our beds were comfortable to sleep in. The facilities were great to use. It was safe and we didnt hear any traffic even though the motel was located on a busy road. The service provided by the staff were excellent, they were helpful and friendly. We'll be staying there again.

I staying at motel , they are a super caring person They made sure I had everything I need as my husband was in Dubbo hospital a week ago .. It is very quiet,the rooms are very clean , air conditioner works well and you have a big TV on the wall in front of the bed .. there is also barista with great coffee they also have a microwave in the room .. 2 house to inland gas station and also a short walk to PK cafe / backers And KFC is 2. Locks away .. and there is a well maintained park across the road ..,

The staff were nosey and rude on arrival. The room was not clean - nail clippings on the carpet, pubic hair in the shower, sanitary bin not emptied, cockroach under my pillow, pillow was so old the stuffing inside was falling out. Loud neighbours having domestics could be heard for all hours of the night. Air conditioner was dirty and didn't warm room very well. 3 guests but only 2 towels. For this price we expected better than this!

Amazing hospitality, super friendly staff. I felt welcome like a guest in a home. Room was well equipped. Despite being at capacity it was so quiet. Best place i stayed in the central west. Thank you again
