Tutto positivi Zona Milano molto viva

Pulizia scadente e freddo. Al momento della prenotazione non era specificato che il bagno fosse esterno alla stanza e in condivisione

Mai risposto alla richiesta di sospensione e posticipo data.

Prima hotel

The reservation was not expected. I was expecting an attached bathroom but I didn't find. As well, there is a lot of noise. I couldn't sleep well at night.

La reserva se había hecho para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Al llegar, me hicieron un cobro adicional por 50 euros porque la habitación era triple y según ellos debía pagar por una cama adicional.

Bagno vergognoso, camera sporca con macchie di sangue e feci.

Unfortunately, Milan is very overpriced for accomodation so this one one of the only options. The checkin guy was nice, however for the price it's severely lacking in quality.

Ressemble plutôt à une YMCA qu'un hôtel Ce ne sont pas des chambres induvuduelles

Clean and spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of food nearby even at midnight. Only problem is the neighbourhood seems too quiet at night and the graffiti on the wall might makes you think twice to walk alone at night.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e cortese. Abbiamo dormito molto bene, la zona è tranquilla.

Pulizia Buona, tra Loreto e Piola. Personale orientale. Reception no full time. Manca lavandino in camera. Molto difficile trovare parcheggio.

Everything was perfect

Don't choose this hostel ever! When I came to the hostel it was closed. A message was not even sent by email! I was sent to other hotel near, but it was closed too! I had to ask unknown people to call to open the door! Absolutely irresponsible staff, do not risk to book a room at this hostel!

In pratica l insersione online dove ho prenotato parlava di hotel Galla con tanta di via e di foto ma in realtà una volta arrivati quel posto era chiuso con un cartello che indicava un altra via dove recandomi ho trovato un hotel diverso con un nome diverso..... Posto penoso , nella camera solo doccia e lavandino , wc in comune con tutto l hotel. Unico servizio wifi gratis....

The stay was nice, I didn't like the area very much, it was close to the center but the neighborhood wasn't very good. I would suggest private bathrooms instead of shared ones.
