The staff is friendly. We have stayed here for 2 nights with kids. Everything is fine except they they didn’t have the kettle which make us can’t boil the hot water

En realidad, cundo llegas sientes que es un lugar abandonado, por que se observan muchos desastres en el interior de las áreas anexas, en la noche del sábado una música súper alta is se mantuvo constante hasta las 2:30 de la madrugada, haciendo que mis hijos no pudieran dormir, al día siguiente movían muebles o algo que hacía un ruido espantoso en el piso de arriba, desde las 6 am, decidimos irnos un día antes, por qué no nos sentíamos a gusto, por lo demás todo estuvo aceptable.

Estacionamento fácil, bom atendimento, apartamento equipado com cafeteira,máquina de lavar roupas, frigobar, acessórios de cozinha.

O hotel, quarto e banheiro eram muito bons, grande e bem decorado, o único ponto a ressaltar é que o nome do hotel iberflat Triana leva a pensar que o hotel fica em Triana, quando na verdade ele fica em Camas, fora de Sevilha

Good size apartment for my family, clean room, free parking, well equipped kitchen and washing machine.

Séjour agréable, logement propre et confortable. L’accès en transports était un peu compliqué, mais le séjour s’est bien passé.

This was a fantastic stay. We travelled in two small groups so had an apartment each. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Check in was the easiest ever. Reception was multilingual and could even understand our attempts at Spanish. Underground parking was available fir a small lrice but plenty of car parking above ground if you don't require the underground. Vending machine available 24 hours. Everything was in the flat that you could need apart from food, yes there are convenience stores, bars and fast food nearby or use a glovo. Really if I could give 6 stars I would as I can't praise this stay enough. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

Great location, very nice and spacious apartments, only issues was, walls a little thin, only 1 of the 3 spoke english when it states English speaking staff, then all emails asking for help on check in due to issues was in Spanish when mentioned I dont understand, please help! As asked for extra money for code? then extra money for ticket? Then turned out it was the deposit! Which after sorting and completing before visit, still had issues on the day of check in! Other than that. Was a great stay.

Pros: - Vending machine - Very affordable - Good location if you’re driving, if not, it’s around €8-€15 via uber - Apartment has a lot of stuff you need, especially if you want to save and cook - Lots of spaces for parking Cons: - Room wasn’t prepared for 3, which I paid for (I had to set up the bed, no duvet covers or anything expect 3 old and weird textured blanket) - The mattress on the sofa bed is very thin and old, quite uncomfortable to sleep on

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel y, aunque en general siempre he tenido una buena experiencia, en esta ocasión he notado algunos aspectos mejorables. La limpieza de la habitación podría haber sido más cuidada y el mantenimiento general también daba sensación de falta de atención en algunos detalles. Además, las sábanas resultaban demasiado estrechas para el tamaño de la cama, por lo que se salían con facilidad y resultaban incómodas. Espero que puedan corregir estos puntos porque el hotel tiene potencial y mis experiencias anteriores habían sido mejores.
