The staff is friendly. We have stayed here for 2 nights with kids. Everything is fine except they they didn’t have the kettle which make us can’t boil the hot water

We had a lovely two days stay, clean room the kitchen was well equipped and the staff was very helpfully.

Clean room, but I could'n do my laundry, the washer was broken.

Reserva para 4 personas y solo estaba hecha la cama para dos. Sofá cama incomodisimo y ruidoso

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais cela reste acceptable, surtout grâce au parking gratuit qui est un vrai avantage. Cependant, la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine sont insuffisants ; plusieurs éléments essentiels manquent, ce qui rend l’utilisation de la cuisine difficile. Les lits et le linge de lit sont assez usés. La canapé-lit en particulier n’était pas confortable du tout. J’ai même eu des piqûres d’insectes durant la nuit, ce qui laisse penser qu’il y a un problème d’hygiène ou de parasites cachés dans le mobilier. L’expérience de sommeil n’a donc pas été agréable.

Alguns momentos faltou água quente. Mas o local é confortável.

Check-in on-line é muito complicado, 30 minutos para concluir um de 6 hospedes Hotel bom!

Habitación era acogedora, muy bien distribuida y perfectamente equipada y limpia.

Todo estaba limpio y era todo genial salvo por el sofá donde había la quemadura de un cigarro .Entiendo que no es culpa de ellos pero podrían ponerle algo al menos .He visto opiniones negativas sobre la inseguridad que me preocupaban al principio pero vi que al menos nuestro piso era seguro .Al menos ver las opiniones negativas me ayudó a tomar precauciones por si acaso pero me di cuenta que no había peligro .

Nuestro alojamiento por unos días fue de sobresaliente, un lugar tranquilo con cercanía a toda necesidad y un personal muy amable. Ideal para hospedarse!

The staff are very attentive and the apartment was clean. If you have a car this is an ideal place to stay. Having a washing machine in the room made our vacation so much less complicated as we are away for three weeks. The metro station was only 5 minutes by car and for 1.90 we were in to Seville in four stops. Parking for the rental car is free at the metro stations. The room is very quiet.

Det var meget nemt til bussen til Sevilla. Det tog 11min med bus. Køkkenet var fint

Check-in sur place compliqué, obligé de le faire en ligne une fois arrivé. Personnel accueillant mais parlant très peu anglais. Chambre propre mais les draps du 2ème lit avaient été oubliés. Canapé-lit inconfortable. Climatisation très froide, impossible à régler. Salle de bain très bien, appartement spacieux. Volets roulants difficiles à manipuler bien que récents. Chambre très sonore, on entend beaucoup les appartements voisins. Le badge d'accès à la chambre devait être réinitialisé tous les soirs car ne fonctionnait plus. Stationnement facile, mais loin des transports publics (besoin de prendre la voiture ou un bus pour rejoindre le métro).
