The sound insulation of the hotel and the external street is too bad. The carpet inside the hotel is too old. Need to be updated

it is very near city centre, and easy to eat and shopping.....In the Saturday morning, there is a morning market out of the hotel. it is really fun.

Spotless room, great bed, and amazing staff. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück bot alles was man braucht. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Goede service, mooie kamer

Ik heb rugklachten en kan slecht bukken. Ik mistte daarom in de badkamer en extra display om o.a. de toliettas op te zetten en het matras was voor mij (veel) te zacht.

Pleasant staff, comfortable room, good temperature and quiet. I was surprised I couldn't leave my luggage prior to check-in as the luggage room was full, but this didn't cause me too much angst. Would recommend and stay again if in Alkmaar

While everthing was excellent I take one star off, because I found the breakfast was to simple and synthetic (half of the food was packaged in small portions in plastic bags).

Dit was echt geen deluxe maar gewoon een standaard kamer en best ghorig omdat je tegenover ingang hotel zat. En me uitzicht was open ruimte van 2 bij meter op niks

Room and teapot were a little dirty.

Behalve de onvriendelijke ontvangst was het een fijn hotel.

Har bott många nätter på hotellet. Läget är ett stort plus. Hjälpsam personal, skön atmosfär, sköna sängar. Frukosten är liten, men det man behöver finns. På minussidan är att det börjar bli lite slitet.
