Worst service ever, don't recommend it, my self will never come back! Bed sheet was dirty! Front desk was rude.

The main problem of the hostel is the service,the customer service is very bad,he is so impolite and rude. So the story is when we arrive there we went to the CS and the man that work there yell at us to wait outside, because of that we feel a little angry and told him to be polite but he just don't want to listen. He told us that he'll give us seperate floor/room because "we are angry". He discriminates to local people. He has no respect to the .

Good location, bad internet connection, not clean. I understand that room in HK is expensive and you get as you paid, but I have to say that USA Hostel is below standard. Even if we booked a twin bed room but our room is double bed room. Reception still said it is twin room and they denied to find a new room which its bed can be split for us. Finally, we are moved to a real twin room just because reception need our booked room to another guest. If you want twin room, make sure it is real twin room which its beds can be separated from each other.
