Very nice hotel, clean, very friendly, and helpful staff. Breakfast also very delicious.

We had a pleasant stay for 5 nights at this hotel. Staff were friendly and nice, and some of them spoke English very well. The room looked exactly like in the pictures and was very comfortable, clean, and quite spacious. They provided complete amenities and were available near the front desk. Umbrellas were also available for use near the front desk. The room was cleaned every 3 days (check-in day was excluded), but clean towels and 2 cans of mineral water were provided every day. The hotel also has a public bath on the 9th floor, though we didn't try it. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, the nearest subway station is Nishi-juitchome, and Nishi Hatchome is the nearest streetcar station. Susukino and Tanukikoji are within walking distance, maybe around 15-20 minutes. Konbinis are located nearby the hotel and are easily accessible to and from the airport. I'd recommend using the airport bus (from the airport) and getting off at Sapporo View Hotel, then walk around 5-10 minutes to reach the hotel. On the contrary, the airport bus stop (to the airport) is located across the street in front of Abest Hotel, which is only 5-10 minutes from the hotel. If you are going/coming to/from Sapporo Station, better get a taxi.
