When you walk in to the reception it doesn’t look like a particularly nice hotel. It looks a bit old & dated But when we got into our room we were really pleased. We had a room with a sofa & four poster bed overlooking the sea Bonuses were 1. A fridge with a freezer section with ice cubes in 2. 2 tvs. One very large one in the bedroom area & a smaller one in front of the sofa 3. Biscuits - which you very rarely get now The room was very nice The things that weren’t quite so good It had a coffee machine that you put pods in. I kept pressing the buttons but very little coffee came out so I gave up trying to fill the cup. There weren’t any instructions with it The full English breakfast was good & they had warm croissants which I don’t think I’ve had in a hotel before. There was also cereal & yogurt. But there wasn’t any cheese, ham or fruit (which was fine by me but my wife would have liked) The hotel is right opposite the BIC & only a couple of minutes walk to the seafront & pier. Very good location Staff were all very friendly They have a small car park but you can only park there if you have a disabled badge. You can park in the very run down car park right next door for £7 per day which is very cheap but you might wonder if your car is going to be safe there. Ours was fine One major concern is that the fire exit in the downstairs restaurant had a big box & a high chair in front of it so if there was a fire that would make it difficult to get out.

I had an exceptional stay at Sea Stone Hotel in Bournemouth. From the moment I arrived, the manager and staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. My room was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and offered a breathtaking view of the beach and pier, which made my stay even more memorable. The hotel's location was excellent—just a short walk from the city centre while still providing a peaceful seaside atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Sea Stone Hotel to anyone visiting Bournemouth.

The room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels were available. The staff was helpful, and could be improved. Breakfast was hot, and the food looked well-cooked. It was closer to Bournemouth International Centre and the beach. Driving to The New Forest is wonderful and a must-visit.

Hotel itself was OK, if a little tired. Struggled to get a TV picture without it breaking up. Breakfast was disappointing, tepid coffee from a dispenser, bland sausages, budget bread for the toast and no yolks to speak of in the eggs. Opted for cereal days 2 and 3. All staff were friendly.

Regularly stay at this hotel and always made welcome. Room clean and good breakfast

It's an older hotel with some grand features, but the outside is a little run down, but don't be put off, because the location and views are amazing. The room was comfortable, big and clean. We were there on a warm day( 27°C) and our room was in the roof, on the 5th floor, these rooms could definitely benefit from air conditioning as the fans were just moving warm air around. There is a kettle, mini fridge and a coffee pod machine in the room and you can ask for extra tea/coffee, water and milk from the friendly front desk staff. The safe was very small, just big enough for a mobile phone and a purse. The free breakfast was delicious, and the staff were excellent, you do have to pay extra for a specialist coffee, but I enjoyed the free tea and coffee. It could be improved with some fresh fruits, but good breakfast overall

Was promised a fridge in my room when I rang before arriving due to medicine storage. Never appeared. There was an empty large bottle of coke at the side of the sette when we arrived , we were there 10 days and it was never moved It was quite visible Breakfast was cheap and nasty. I’ve never tasted fresh orange juice so nasty. Eggs no flavour what so ever. A bowl of plain yogurt to help your self to but nothing to go with it. No fruit either !!!

the hotel had changed ownership a few months ago. my room on the second floor was spacious and a bit of a view of the beach. had I been on a higher floor with had a better view! english breakfast was made to order, the location an easy walk to the pier and the beach. the hotel is quaint. no air conditioning but with two open windows and two fans in the room, for May it was quite comfortable. the roommate padded bench and small desk, an armoire, a small sofa, and a high bath tub. great place to stay for a few nights visit.

Établissement très proche de la mer, petit dej britannique sympa.. Nous avons eu très petite chambre la première nuit, le deuxième jour l’hôtel nous a changé de chambre , personnel serviable. Le bémol petit établissement « dans son jus » mobilier ancien.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was great for the beach and BIC. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked fresh and very nice. Would recommend due to it's location, cost and our overall experience.

The hotel, previously known as Park Central was undergoing a transition from one hotel to another. There are clearly some areas that need work & a good lick of paint. The room was nice but not the cleanest & the bathroom was functional, with a wonky seat. The bed not the best and quite squeaky but nice and clean. Breakfast the next morning was fine & the omelette we had was hot. Overall the stay for an overnighter was acceptable but i would've want to stay for longer. Maybe once the transition is complete it might be worth another visit.
