The lobby lady very friendly and helpful. The other staff could be more friendly. There is bias from the staff, the security only helps people that look rich enough.

Highly recommended to all. Very affordable but yet so nice and safe to stay.

Their wifi is not so very reliable I keep on calling the frontdesk they will come to repair but afterwards it will still not work I ended usung mobile data.

Noises during my stay, kids running at 5th floor level banging of their doors, TV remote control not working, safe not working or no batteries on it, bed linen so basic very thin and fellows were dirty and stains were found and they only change the fellow case. With fellows inside no sign of being previously wash.

On our 1st day Very disappointed of our room smells bad, very old, furniture damage, linens very dirty. On 2nd day we request to change our room and the front desk is very helpful to change it and much better. Breakfast buffet is almost empty when we dine in and we ask for refill but it takes long time so we end up to eat bread.

Awesome, clean, accommodating staff. Only I would like to suggest for buffet breakfast to have a fried egg. Hehe overall great stay. Accessible and easy to go for shop 😀, nearby restaurants and malls.

It takes 1 hour for them to accommodate us. Also the receptionist are not good in giving customer service. They will assist you only if they knew you are rich but when they saw you wearing normal clothes, they don't give the treatment they are giving to some. The place and rooms are good but the customer service is terrible.

I requested for a room with window but sadly we didn't had one. When it was breakfast, we have to wait in the lobby for like 15-20 minutes ' til those who are eating were done with their food. Unfortunately food trays were almost empty, so another waiting game. So sad 😔.

The staff were courteous. The room was big and clean. I just didn't like the smell whenever I turned on the air conditioner. Looks like the aircon needs to be cleaned.

This accommodation is perfect just in front of Robinson Manila. The staff is good. The room is clean and all facilities are working.

The front desk was very impolite. The toilet was smelly, shower drain was clogged. Bed sheets were old. Cockroach crawling everywhere. Room service was slow.

They are all polite and friendly. This branch is better than in makati. Great experience.

Luckily we got the rate at almost 50 % than Eurotel 's normal rate for the rooms. Because if not, let me tell you that it is not worth it. It 's too expensive for the room and service. The breakfast was not good, we even tried to order additional food from their restaurant but it 's really not worth it! I mean, their cook/chef should have a tastebud right? He should know that the food they are serving doesn't taste good.
