Pool and the big room

Beds were comfortable and the property was quiet at night. Room was clean, but had some maintenance issues (missing outlet cover, toilet slow to flush). Breakfast was very basic. Good variety of equipment in the fitness center.

Quite disappointed considering the cost of the room. Dirty washrooms in the pool area and no towels. Everything was worn, like the mattress was ok but definitely end of life, and not really kept nice. Stairwells were dirty. Breakfast is quite disappointing pretty much just cold cereal and toast. I'm guessing the good reviews were earned before new management cutting corners and investing nothing. Not at all what we expected from Prestige chain. Won't be bothering with this company again.

Very convenient location. Lots of parking.

The room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Ice machine worked. Parking lot was well lit. The continental breakfast and coffee were appreciated. Gas station was close by. I had booked a king sized suite but they only had one room with disability access so we were assigned a different room with 2 queen beds.

This place said they had a pool but the pool was located in the hotel across the way. We were also told that there was a restaurant across in the other hotel but when we went there it was not open. They said it was opening in 5 min which meant its opening time was 6:10. Very weird time to be open for dinner. Our room also had a set mouse trap in it under the bathroom sink. Just glad it didn’t go off while I was sleeping lol.

Nice, spacious clean rooms

The hotel overcharged by charging the taxes twice. I notified the hotel the day the overcharge was issued but despite the hotel saying they would fix it the refund is still not issued. It has been a hassle and the service is poor.

We stayed in a room with 2 queens and a Haida bed. Beds were comfortable. Generally clean but the room could use a “deep” clean. If you want to use the pool, it’s across the parking lot at the “sister” hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool. We’ve stayed here before, and will surely stay again. Always enjoy Chinese dinner at the Moon Wok restaurant which is right on site.

Breakfast was not the best

The fridge under the microwave wasn’t working but no sign. I put my groceries in there and most had to be tossed after a night unrefrigerated. In the cupboard under the tv there was a working fridge. It looked like a clothes cupboard, no clue about a second fridge. The bathroom had a terrible tub shower and the paint / trim was poorly maintained. I won’t stay here again. The desk staff person was awesome though.

We stopped there during a road trip and it was exactly what we wanted. It’s nothing fancy but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just toast and cereal.

There is no pool at this hotel. You can use the pool at the neighbouring prestige hotel, but the chlorine was so high that it gave everyone a cough and a rash.
