The location is near Sun Plaza, and the view was great from my room, and so spacious.

The room given is nice but not worth the price. Sgd 128 per night should be able get much better. Is just a town house hotel. Suppose mountain view but no. No bathtub too. But hotel is kind to allow checked in 5.30am. Reception is very helpful. Stay 2 nights, Sgd 257 so we take it paid for 3 nights. 😆

Very nice hotel and fantastic value for money. Helpful English speaking staff, nicely decorated comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. Good location too, just off the main square but on a side street. You can’t avoid construction noise in Sa pa thee days but at least this hotel is a bit further away from the main action. Would come back again!

The hotel is located in the centre of Sapa, near the church, Sapa Station and local nice view coffee and restaurant. Everything was okie except the room service. The staff forgot to make room service until I called to remind the receptionist. The staff did the room service not clean. Moreover, I booked deluxe room with view but the view was faced to the building being construction.

Phòng rất đẹp, rất đẵng cấp. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Tôi cũng rất thích bữa ăn sáng, món ăn rất ngon và tinh tế. Khách sạn không lớn lắm nhưng tôi đánh giá điểm 10 cho chất lượng tất cả các dịch vụ ở đây!

Đồ ăn nhà hàng nấu rất ngon, nhânviên kháchsạn phục vụ rất tốt . Nhưng hình ảnh khách sạn hơi lừa tình... Mình book 1 phòng Executive và được nâng cấp lên hạng phòng cao nhất nhưng cảm thấy với mức giá như vậy thì không hợp lý, khi mình đi đến khách sạn cũng hơi bất ngờ vì bên dưới khách sạn nhìn nhỏ quá í... Nhưng rất thích đồ ăn nhà hàng nấu

Khách sạn nhỏ xinh nhưng phục vụ thì tuyệt. Free rượu vang. Nói chung mình rất hài lòng!

This hotel is value for money. Located at the heart of Sapa and on the main street (very near The Church and Ham Rong Mountain, about 50m), which enables us travel to other sites easily and enjoy the nightlife activities. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is quite simple and few choices. However, it's ok for us. Above all, I highly appreciate the staff and their supportive behavior.

Dịch vụ tốt, giá cả lại vô cùng hợp lý, m đi có con nhỏ order cháo nhưng khách sạn không tính thêm tiền. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, nếu có dịp đi Sapa m sẽ lại đến đây.

Good location, water heater enough for 1 person to take shower, another roommate have to take cool shower , free wine & fruits & sandwiches after check out for deluxe room bookings. Overall good.
