Overall, it was fabulous during our stay, however, we had left something in the hotel accidentally, we were not able to grab it back even though we went back on the same date we checked out. They said that they didn’t find it in the housekeeping room and the room had the other guests. They said they couldn’t contact the housekeeper. They promised to inform us whether or not they found it the next day. Unfortunately, no one contacted us and even if we emailed them, no one replied. :(

Lovely hotel and perfect location in the town centre and right opposite the castle. It should advertise the fact that it’s parking charge is £40 per night.

Excellent location, service really good

The window in the bedroom did not shut fully which meant the sound of the planes landing at Heathrow were particularly noisy. We had been moved down from floor 2 to 1, which unfortunately also meant our view was just the side of a building and the heating systems on the flat roof. Good location, nice amenities, but the room itself did not provide the best night’s sleep I’ve had.

This hotel & the brilliant staff working there (Michael, Matthew, Hannah just to name a few!!!) made our stay in Windsor fantastic!!! Great location 👍 rooms are lovely (ours was a dog friendly room too!!!) classy décor & cosy beds; bathroom was excellent plus large walk-in shower!!! Car parking very secure 👍 We definitely recommend this hotel & we will certainly be visiting again ✅

Breakfast fresh but no eggs or french toast. Car parking awful. I was told I should have prebooked but never told of this. Had to park dangerously to find where car park entrance was. Not very pleasant.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Windsor very close to the castle, the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and amenities. My wife and I were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

This hotel has a great location across from Windsor Castle and around the corner from the main shopping street, with two train stations an easy walk. It’s undergone a recent remodel and looks great, but there are some major problems: first, the rooms need more light. It’s impossible to read at bed or do computer work with the low intensity lamps. On check-in, the toilet and refrigerator weren’t walking, but that was quickly fixed. The Nespresso coffee machine only takes small cups not mugs provided and easily can spill. The halls are pitch black until movement is sensed, so it’s easy to fumble and drop something like a key card. The lifts however were great. With so many dining and drinking choices nearby, they are missing an opportunity by not offering guests perhaps a free prosecco at the house bar, or a discount on dining or a late evening happy hour. The concierge staff were great, but this no-cash hotel makes it harder to offer staff cash tips for added services such as luggage transfer. We wish them well as they sort out these tweaks that will be appreciated by guests.

The room was large with comfortable bed and very quiet room. No view from our room. The breakfast was excellent with many options. There are several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Windsor castle is just across the street too. The staff was great as they let me borrow a phone charger
