這間豪華飯店擁有寬敞舒適的客房，提供每日兩次客房清潔服務（週日除外），以及豐盛的早餐等設施。如果您的入住符合條件，即可使用設備齊全的休息室。健身中心也很不錯（雖然沒有游泳池），員工非常樂於助人。飯店以深色家具裝飾，營造出遠離塵囂的靜謐綠洲。飯店一側毗鄰火車站，前往機場和幾條重要的地鐵路線都非常方便。另一側則與中山區接壤，那裡是一個充滿活力、時尚潮流的街區，擁有眾多美食和購物場所。

這是我第二次入住這家飯店，體驗依然很棒。房間乾淨整潔，服務周到，寬敞舒適，設施齊全。不過要注意的是，浴缸是開放式的，所以如果和朋友合租一間房可能會有點尷尬。

這家飯店位置優越，交通便利，方便搭乘大眾運輸工具，包括往返機場的火車。它是一家溫馨的精品酒店，但我希望照明能更明亮一些，尤其是在公共區域（接待處和電梯）。

強烈推薦這家飯店給想要住在台北市中心的旅客。

Great place to stay in Taipei, in terms of service and location.

The location is the best. Very close to Taipei main station and Taipei City Mall, so it is easy for tourist to go around. While for the hotel itself, it was very comfy with good quality of facilty, not to mention the super friendly and helpful staffs. We had problem with our luggage when we arrived, and hotel staffs including the manager was very helpful by contacting airlines, explaining us all the away in order to solve the issues. Definitely a recommended hotel to stay

I don’t think this hotel is a five star hotel. It’s a nice hotel with good service but I will probably only give it 4 stars. Taiwanese are very friendly and helpful and the service here is just the norm. First of all, note that the hotel does not have a sheltered drop off point. Hence, if you have children/elderly or if it’s rainy season then note that there’s stairs to conquer and the rain/elements. We were a little wet because of the rain and there were no one to help with the luggage at the taxi drop off point. Since it was 12 plus I asked if we can check in earlier. They said can, maybe just wait 15 mins. But 15 mins turned out to be 1.5 hours. Hence, just take note that their concept of time is not aligned with the norm. Cleaning service is slow. We left the hotel room at about 8am and when we were back at 1-2pm, the room was not cleaned. The cleaning lady explained that too many rooms wanted her cleaning service. I explained that we were the first to leave amongst the other rooms. There are two cleaning serviceman/woman for each level.. I guess maybe they make great efforts to clean the rooms really well.. but when my stuff rolled below the bed, what I saw beneath the bed wasn’t pleasant. Anyways, as we needed new towels, we helped change the towels and clear the trash. In short, we only had our room cleaned once during our 5 night stay. Because it’s Chinese New Year, there were cny cookies given. And they sent a plate of fruits after cleaning our room. The design of the room is not family friendly as the glass room of the shower room is totally transparent. Hence, there’s a curtain that cordons off the entire toilet but the curtains has a gap so it’s not cool to share this room with family or friends. Basic toiletries are given (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cap, sanitary bag, razor, soap, shower gel, hair conditioner, hair shampoo, room slippers) but note that the smell of the shower gel, hair conditioner and hair shampoo is pungent, I used my own toiletries. The hotel should consider using better quality coffee or a greater variety of drinks, cause no Coffee machine/capsules were available, only instant Nescafé coffee. The only great part about this hotel is it’s location, where there’s a shopping mall and main train and bus hub just next to it.

Surely will come again soon. Strategic place. And very comfy

It is the second time in a single trip we stay in Palais. It is just really convenience and clean.

The best hotel we have stayed. We don’t even care about the star as the service is above that. Not to mention the free handset and unlimited calls, check out service, staff gestures welcoming us and the experience. I don’t need to say about the cleanliness, location and other basic hotel stuff as those are part of their hugh standard. I love it, my wife loves it and most importantly my kids love it. Definitely recommended and would love to stay there again and again.

Tempat strategis, bersih , hanya kamar terlalu gelap, tetapi bisa minta tambahan lampu. Untuk model kamar unik sekali. Apabila untuk tinggal 2 orang kurang nyaman. Lebih nyaman untuk tinggal 1 orang saja.

The room was quite small. Location is very good.
