Neighboring industrial building noise especially in the evening

Pleasant staff, clean, and cozy atmosphere.

Swimming pool area was very clean and front desk staff were very nice.

Stayed here and it was a really nice place.

Very clean halls, room, and public areas. Did not have green tea and only offered Lipton for black tea. Same food on breakfast buffet every other day. It was good but kind of sparse.

The place was absolutely clean. but the hold for incidentals is way overboard at $250- that seems to be such an inconvenience. The service was fantastic upon arrival but the staff later that evening was a disappointment. He seems to be bothered by like I inconvenienced him by asking some basic questions.

The staff made it easy to book another night.

My room was next to the elevator so it was a little noisy from the mechanical parts other than that great place and the staff were awesome

Front desk seemed grumpy, but polite. Extremely happy with room and amenities. Decent coffee. Decent breakfast options. Very clean. I would very likely return.

We didn’t have a working toilet so they moved us to a new room. The area was clean, hotel clean and the staff was very helpful.

A nice hotel not much but fast food nearby. Breakfast buffet is standard and not much variety. Room was spacious and clean and lots of parking. About 3 miles from Sounder station and transit center.

So location is convenient and easy to find. The staff was great, friendly and super helpful. The mediocre rating is based on the following things. The room had a funny smell despite being super clean. The blackout shades dont really keep light out. The traffic noise is unbelievably loud but you are next to warehouses so not a surprise. The breakfast food is atrocious. I dont know who supplies their food but it is awful. No wonder it is free no one would buy it.
