Great location (very close to a supermarket) Free Parking Staffs are very helpful

We had an amazing stay. Liz at front desk was super nice, helpful and patient. She answered all our questions and made our stay super pleasant. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay there again.

Overall solid stay, not super close to city center, but uber was cheap. Clean and nice for a short stay.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean room. Beds very comfortable if you like firm. Slightly marked down the condition score because the bathroom tiles were painted over and the caulking around the shower was slightly discoloured. Location excellent for a short bus ride to Granada.

Clean rooms, friendly and informative staff. Excellent breakfast and nearby bus stop to access the city. Plenty of restaurants right on the doorstep. Definitely would stay again.

Very basic, hard matress, not that clean, super bright light in the rooms, very loud outside (party people, traffic). But safe garage for parking!

Muy buen servicio, la atención fue inmejorable, tiene detalles que no se ofrecen en ningun otro lado, como el chromcast, el agua y el café mas alla de el horario del desayuno, todo muy limpio. Para comentar, podria tener un par mas de almohadas adicionales, y la descarga del lavabo no funcionaba. Pero pasamos unos dias espectaculares, super cómodos y a muy buen precio.

A l'accueil, pas d'anglophone ni francophone (qu'hispanophone); c'est le minimum à la réception ! Le petit déjeuner était peu varié et pas qualitatif. Oeufs dur précuits ; le reste c'est que de la charcuterie (ne mangeant pas de viandes....!). La viennoiserie est peu varié et pas qualitative ; croissant, pain "choco" et donuts. Le personnel gère la reception, le service et le nettoyage. Les pleins (vaisselles propres, aliments, remplissage machine a café...) sont fait avec les mêmes gants qu'après avoir nettoyer (il faudrait revoir les regles de base d'hygiène). Les femmes de chambre étaient très aimable et souriante. Mais à part une jeune femme à lunettes et aux cheveux court (j'ai pas vu son prénom mais elle était très gentille, à l'écoute et serviable), le personnel à l'accueil n'étaient pas très accueillante. La chambre était spacieuse mais la salle de bain manquait d'espace pour les affaires de toilettes à 2. Les alentours de l'hôtel n'ont aucun charme car on étaient en pleine zone d'activités. En revanche, stationnement facile. On se garait à 5' en voiture, à proximité de la station d'autobus pour prendre bus ou métro (plus de choix de lignes car celles à 600m de l'hôtel n'allaient pas en plein centre).

The hotel was nice, it is a bit far from city center but with n5 buses you can arrive at the heart of Granada

Kleinschalig hotel, prima kamer, lekkere douche. Ontbijtkeuze was beperkt maar prima. Iets uit het centrum: taxi of OV nodig wanneer je niet zelf in het centrum wil rijden en op zoek moet naar parkeer plek.
