Lovely hotel in a great location. Stayed for two nights and enjoyed having a mini kitchen in our room which made it fabulous for nights in. Loved the Milton Brown products in the bathroom and staff were great too.

Very nice personnel, great service & very central but quiet at night

The property is very unique and I like the equipped kitchens. However despite asking for a quiet room, the noise from outside was really loud. 3am before we dropped off. I get it it is on a street with bars/clubs so I would recommend it for couples/groups rather than families. However if not traveling with my daughter I'd stay again. Room was nice, clean, some wear and tear but nothing drastic.

Not too far from Lime Street Station, easy walk. Friendly, helpful staff. My family was happy with the stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is in an excellent location, directly across from Liverpool ONE and within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The waterfront, library, and museums are all easily accessible on foot, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms, while simple, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it great value for money. Just a tip for future guests — bring your own cutlery if you plan on eating in the room.

As always an excellent and reasonably priced stay at The Resident.
