Nice staff and large room. Very clean

Excellent stay at The Resident very clean room with attention to detail of everything you would need for a visit. All staff extremely friendly and efficient, would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Top class staff, including cleaners who do first rate job. Warmest of welcomes from Receptionists. Hotel handy for popping into town. Cannot find fault with any aspect.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our small double room had everything we needed including the coffee machine, fridge, sink and microwave. The toiletries from Molton Brown were a nice touch too. Great central location. We would definitely return

The room was amazing air conditioning was spot on it had a microwave a fridge/freezer a coffee machine ironing board with iron the bed was really comfy and big and a nice view aswell

This hotel was fabulous in every way! It was in a perfect convenient location. The staff was attentive and fabulous before I ever checked in and even better when I arrived! The beds are comfortable. The amenities are plentiful! Excellent!

Room was lovely. As before, staff mixed. Algrid and other day staff excellent, but night staff didn't bother to greet me. Very quiet. Clean and comfortable. Great location.

Superb

A convenient location near the center of Liverpool. The room was very clean but small, which didn’t matter to me as a single traveler but for two it could be an issue. There’s no parking, which seems a common occurrence with many hotels in the UK. But they did have a parking arrangement and a discount available at a close by parking garage. All in all the stay was pleasant and again as a single traveler would stay there again

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. El hotel tiene mucho caracter y esta ubicado en una muy buena zona. A unas pocas cuadras tienes acceso al Liverpool One, restaurantes y pubs. Es totalmente accesible a pie. Considerando que esta en una zona muy buena, también nos sorprendió que el hotel es muy tranquilo y no había ruido, lo cuál te permite dormir bien. El cuarto tenía más de lo que esperabamos, por que tenía un espacio con microondas, frigobar, vajilla y hasta una tarja para poder prepararte algo sencillo de comer. El personal siempre fue muy atento. Sin duda volveríamos!

From the moment I arrived, The Resident Liverpool impressed on every level. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the personalised card and message waiting was a lovely touch that instantly made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another booking. Every member of staff was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly throughout. The location is hard to beat. Bold Street and Renshaw Street for restaurants are a five-minute walk, St John's Street for shopping is equally close, and the Albert Dock is an easy 10–15 minute stroll. Bars and pubs are right on the doorstep. The room was spacious with generous wardrobe space, a compact kitchen unit with fridge, microwave and sink, plus a coffee machine and kettle — great to have even if you don't use it every day. The bathroom came stocked with Molton Brown toiletries, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was pleasantly quiet for a city-centre location. Molton Brown toiletries were a nice touch that reflects the hotel's attention to quality throughout. For everything you get — the space, the amenities, and the standard of service — it represents great value. I'd recommend it without hesitation and will absolutely be returning.
