地方整洁，在当地性价比算可以的了，虽附近没有地铁，但因为客户公司就在附近，也没什么所谓，不在市中心，但不算僻静。

very nice experience. the room very comfortable and quiet. the gym and swiming pool are availabe. very nice.

All good. The Manager for breakfast was a bit aggressive with staff. Most of them North Indians and he was rude. I wanted to tell him, Chill Buddy Chill

Not upto the mark... there is a odd/strange noise(kitchen exhaust fan) - annoying... you have to call everytime to stop it.

Staff

We always stay at Lemon Tree when we visit Bangalore. The staff is great, the breakfast is awesome and the location is very convenient. Special call out to Noushin for making our stay great.

Our stay had a few hiccups but I commend management and staff for their responsiveness in dealing with any shortcomings. Pradeep the General Manager of the hotel is extremely welcoming, he recommended dinner at Republic of Noodles and the food was excellent prepared by chef Albert. The front office receptionists on night shift was excellent and she was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay and will stay again at the Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor.

Good and relaxing. Breakfast was nice.

The property lobby is smaller, and the room is smaller. Due to limited staff, housekeeping service is poor.

House keeping and some repair work going during the day time and too much noise .. after informing the front desk, still don't see any action taken.

Excellent stay, hostess Nousin accommodated our dietary needs. Would comeback again. Would recommend to my friends and family.

It was great and staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again if I need it.

Dirtyish hotel

We had an enjoyable stay and the staff were very courteous and helpful

It’s a good and comfortable hotel, staff is friendly and nice. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast spread is decent and the hotel has secure parking.

Mein Flug war deutlich früher und ich fragte im Vorfeld an, ob ich früher einchecken kann. Bekam keine Antwort. Im Hotel jedoch konnte ich gegen ein Entgeld frühdtücken und das Team bereitete schnell ein Zimmer. Das war angenehm. Das WLAN ist nur einen Tag frei. Danach kostez es. Das ist lästig. Die Handtücher könnten sauberer sein.

Old hoel, in need of updating facilities, especially internet speed without cost.

Cleaning staff akash and vandana were so generous and kind.. the property has all the amenities in great condition, near by to small market and lake.

The bath towel were not clean/ they were non white . I did not get hot water for bathing. The Management needs to get the hotel re furnished
