Para empezar, al acostarme en la cama, la cama se callo..una pata quebrada. Y no encontraban nuestra reservacion por Expedia..tardaron tiempo para acomodarnos. Y por último, solamente 2 toallas..y eramos 2. Cuando nos hemos quedado en moteles más baratos con hasta 6 toallas y 4 jabones. Y los colchones demasiado firmes. Apenas dormimos. Si estos problemas se resolvieran, regresaríamos. Hasta entonces, preferimos otros. Gracias

Parking was very weĺl set up gor out needs. We are hauling personal and household goods back to BC from Puerto Vallarta,with a small trlr. The manager came out and found my husband the peefect place to back in so the trlr would be less noticeable or accessible. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the ac worked just fine

My car was broken into. Bumper left hanging after theives tried to steal it.

Requested first floor occupancy. Were told there were none available on arrival. Staff member suggested a third floor room. When she realised my jusband was on crutches we were offered a first floor room with the caveat that air condition was not functioning. We accepted that one as there are no elevators in this hotel. We have stayed here every year for the last 14 years, this is the first time we had a problem at check-in.

La Habitación no tenía agua, me cambiaron y no había aire acondicionado y me volvieron a cambiar y la otra habitación me la dieron con cama individual cuando la pedí doble

LAHABITACIONNO CONTABA CON AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y ELRUIDO DEL EXTERIOR SE FILTRABA DEMASIADO PARA PODER DESCANSAR.

Nos asignaron un cuarto que no habian aseado, despues dem cambio , nos dieron uno con micho ruido
