The view is the best 👍. The room is average for a 5-star hotel. The staff is basically nice, but they communicate with walkie-talkies, and the problem is they don't use any headsets, so it's so loud. They even make loud noise at 5 AM with the walkie-talkies.

(รีวิวนี้ รีวิวตามความรู้สึกจริง และอาจยาวเกิน 7 บรรทัด ถ้าไม่ขยันอ่าน ให้ข้ามไปอ่านสรุป ในช่วงท้ายๆ) จุดเด่น + วิวสวยมาก +ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด +พนักงานทุกแผนก มารยาทดี บริการดี +ภายนอกอาคารตกแต่งแบบคลาสสิค แต่ในห้องพักดูทันสมัย ข้อพิจารณา -โรงแรมอยู่ห่างไกลจากแหล่งบันเทิง และไกลจากร้านค้า ร้านอาหาร (แต่ก็เหมาะสำหรับผู้ต้องการความสงบ และต้องการพักผ่อน ใช้ชีวิตในบริเวณโรงแรม นั่งดูวิวสวยๆ) -โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขา ดูเหมือนจะไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่ก็มีรถรับส่งภายในบริเวณโรงแรม จึงไม่ค่อยเหมาะกับผู้ที่ไม่ขยันเดิน -ชายหาดกมลา ด้านหน้าโรงแรม(ข้ามถนนแล้วเดินลงเนินไปเล็กน้อย) เป็นชายหาดที่วิวสวย แต่หน้าหาดแคบ และมีระยะสั้น ซึ่งแซมด้วยโขดหิน และเม็ดทรายค่อนข้างหยาบ(ต่างจากหาดป่าตอง) เล่นน้ำได้ แต่ก็ต้องระมัดระวังโขดหิน และเหยียบเปลือกหอย รวมถึงมีขยะนิดหน่อย (ส่วนนี้ไม่ใช่ความผิดของโรงแรม แต่บอกเล่าเผื่อผู้ที่ชอบเล่นน้ำจริงๆจังๆ) แต่ก็ดีตรงที่ไม่ต้องมาคอยรำคาญ หลบเจ็ทสกี หลบพาราชูทเตอร์ และคนที่มาคอยเสนอขายอะไรต่างๆ -ในห้องพักสะอาดดี แต่มีแมลงค่อนข้างมาก (เป็นเพราะโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ธรรมชาติ) -อาหาร(ว่าจะไม่กล่าวถึง แต่ในเมื่อต้องฝากท้องแทบทุกคาบ จึงจำเป็นต้องกล่าวถึง เพราะเป็นตามที่มีผู้รีวิวไว้ก่อนหน้าจริงๆ คือ รสชาติ ไม่ได้แย่มาก แต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับจะพูดได้ว่าอร่อย เพราะเป็นโรงแรมระดับนี้ จึงค่อนข้างคาดหวัง ว่าจะได้นั่งกินอาหารอร่อย ในวิวที่อลังการณ์ แต่รู้สึกได้ว่า รสชาติออกเค็ม (แต่ราคาก็สมเหตุสมผล) สรุป วิวสวย พักสบาย บริการดี แต่ เดินเหนื่อย แมลงเยอะ เล่นน้ำชายหาดต้องระมัดระวัง และอาหารควรจะอร่อยได้มากกว่านี้

Amazing holiday! Absolutely gorgeous hotel and views. Great for couples or family. The staff were extremely helpful.

We were upgraded to thai villla upon arrival which comes with a jacuzzi. The room were clean, everything were very clean, they provided buggy services to the lobby from the villas. Two infinity swimming pools were great. The only downside was, the breakfast was just so-so. But the ala-carte menu were delicious. Overall, a great choice for honeymoon and vacation.

โรงแรม​Renovatedอยู่​ ทำให้ได้อัพเกรดห้อง แต่ห้องใหม่ที่ได้​ เป็นฝั่งซีวิว​ ที่แอร์ไม่เย็นเลย ตอนกลางวันคือร้อนมาก​ แจ้งพนักงานแล้ว​ ก็ไม่มีอะไรดีขึ้น

I had small accident when ride a bike in phuket cos the road was slippery. I didn't went to clinic but the hotel staff were very helpful! They came to pick up us (without charges) and giving an 1st aid. Credited to the porter! This guy very helpful. The next day, which is our last day check-out, the concierge lady was volunteer herself to settle down our rental bikes since we can't ride and she managed it well. Talking bout the facilities of the hotel, it's really nice and its gorgeous place and cosy. Overall, am very recommended to everyone to come this hotel and bout the price? It's really worth it! Guarantee !
