They need to close the online reservation. From quezon city to hotel which is microtel inn we take grab and we have baggages with us the reasons why we need to stay in because we need to wait for the turn over (Condo) Near microtel and they told us that is not a valid reason to stay!

Service is very good! But the breakfast is not. 4 years na kami nag christmas sa microtel moa, the last 3 years is okay. But last dec 24, 2019. Wala tlgang masarap sa breakfast nila. :(

check in and check out is chaotic! there is no system and no special line for those already booked and paid online.

Lokasi hotelnya strategis, di samping Manila Bay, dekat dengan Mall Of Asia & MOA Arena. Kamar luas. Tapi sayang ga disediakan free air mineral & ga ada sendal di kamar. Sarapan biasa saja, agak susah untuk yang muslim karena banyak menu pork. So far sih menyenangkan menginap disini dan pelayanan ramah.

This is the third time I have stayed in Microtel MOA and they never disappoint. Will definitely book again!

Booked for a double room but got upgraded to family suite instead. Good food choices in buffet breakfast. Staff are accommodating

Pegawainya cukup ramah, tanggap dan membantu. Tapi ini hotel yang sudah cukup tua, kurang terawat, AC bocor, Berbagai fasilitas yang tidak sudah tidak layak dan sangat tidak sesuai dengan harga yang harus dibayar.

I had a nice stay in Microtel, the room is big & clean, the view is so beautiful (sea view). The staffs are approachable.

My request was not granted to have a room in the higher floor so I'm not so happy. I even put that request in the remarks upon booking but seems that they don't care. I expect for more breakfast options but it's still okay. Waiters are attentive.

The hotel's room is not worth it for our money.

Please correct your staff about this.. I called for room service and ordered 2 bottles of water and when he came .. he knocked so hard and I think sobra sa lakas ... so please hope next time yung tama lang wag sobrang lakas na parang sisirain ang door thanks.

The hotel staff were so lovely and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. My family and I had a very great time.

No coffe/tea maker as indicated in the description. Should I know, I wouldn’t have booked at all.

Very good location, clean, hospitable staffs. but I had a fever and lbm. No first aid medicine for a simple fever.
