房及走廊有異味

New hotel with all you need for a stay at reasonable price. Small onsen but with a spectacular view of Chino at night. Convenient location with lots of restaurants near and less than an hour travel to scenic areas including the Venus line . Simple breakfast which varies day by day. The only shortcoming is the room is really small, just enough for one suitcase.

If you are a tourist, this place is only accessible by taxi. If you want to take the bus, make sure you do not have luggage as the city busses are very small. The onsen is really the highlight of the place.

大浴場が使えない事を知らなかった。

とても綺麗な環境でゆっくりできました

フロントの方が子供に優しく話しかけてくれて嬉しかったです。

コンセントの配置を含めた使い勝手のよい客室と サウナも併設された大浴場がとても良かった。

部屋も清潔で、朝食のビュッフェも美味しくて満足。

喫煙ルー厶で

スタッフの方々は毎回気持ちよく対応してくださいます。朝食は健康的なメニューで種類も多くいつも満足しています。

朝食の種類も多くいろいろ選べて良かったです。 アレルギー表示があれば尚良かったかなと思います。

今回二度目の宿泊です。 諏訪のインターから近いのと 今回諏訪大社の上社にお参りするため このホテルを選びました。

総じて快適でした。手荷物を置く台が部屋にあるとよかったかも。

朝から廊下や隣の部屋が騒がしかった。
