It was an excellent area overall for staying.

Great experience, cleanliness , friendly staff

The only thing preventing a 5-star review is that towels were removed from my room, and also from a friend’s room in a totally different floor. We arrived tired from the day and couldn’t take a shower for almost an hour and after 5 calls to the front desk. Other than that l, everything was great. Breakfast, amenities, response to requests… will definitely stay there again if I return to Panama!

Me dieron una habitación que la chapa estaba rota tuve que bajar ya cansado muy tarde a cambiar habitación y me querían dar con 1 cama cuando pagué de 2 y en otro piso con toda esa molestia

Staff was great For 6 days there were no wash rags, they ran out The safe malfunctioned twice Had to ask for compliments water, that should have been in the room. Room phone did not work. Body wash was not refilled

The hotel was marketed as a 5-star property, but it didn’t quite live up to that standard. The restaurants and buffet were pretty underwhelming, and the hotel overall felt a bit dated. The pool area was decent, but the staff there were noticeably rude, which hurt the experience. That said, there were some positives. The front desk staff were friendly, the housekeeping team did a great job, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The room itself was well laid out and comfortable, and the bed was great for our 8-night stay. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable hotel, but it doesn’t feel like a true 5-star experience.

Located in a safe area with all amenities and stores nearby. The room was very nice and clean and the blankets provided was appreciated. I would however have like a microwave in the room as i kept having to wat cold food as the entire hotel did not have not one.

This is a budget friendly hotel and has an excellent breakfast bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. By far the friendliest in all my international travels. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. The included breakfast rivaled anything I’ve ever seen on a cruise ship with an absolutely amazing variety, and all delicious. We spent a lot of very pleasant hours relaxing poolside. I would definitely stay here again!

The poolside service was extremely nice. Havent had issues at most RIUs so as expected hotel was clean, convenient, good location , we walked to restaurant like a block away which was pretty good

The hotel is at the perfect spot, just walking distance from major restaurants and shops. Our view was limited because the window was not clean, so it was very cloudy and we were not able to see outside properly. Food was great!
