I spent 4 days in Santander and the hotel is really good. Nice location, clean and staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped me to arrange for early check in and helped us to book the restaurants. I am pretty sure I will book this hotel again.

The hotel had a lovely position with nice open communal spaces. The restaurant was pretty average in terms of quality and choice of food. Our room was lovely and spacious. It was well equipped with great air conditioning which was a blessing. My only complaint was that my husband was told by the receptionist when he arrived that us of the garage was €20. On settling the bill, the new receptionist charged us €28 and when questioned insisted that the other lady couldn’t possibly have told my husband that it was €20. Impossible he said. Basically calling my husband a liar! €28 to store a motorcycle overnight is definitely on the steep side in anybody’s book.

Very retro style hotel with paper thin wall. You heard very shower and toilet activity. Even though by the beach no beach towel , basic rooms even with 'terrace' no coffee or tea facilities either. Staff okay ish but not smiley people

Good hotel in an excellent position. Staff are extremely pleasant and obliging and the food is very good. Our room was clean and quite spacious but I felt that the bathroom and balcony were beginning to look a little tired, something we didn't experience on our stay last year.

Hotel ,plutôt 2 /3 etoiles maximum. Chambre très petite ,peu d'espace autour du lit. Chambre quelconque. Petit déjeuner au sous sol ,sans fenêtre, alors que le restaurant a une terrasse .,ainsi que bar ,des terrassea tout autour de l'hôtel.

Loved the location which is close to the beach. The staff are very helpful in sorting out air-conditioning. The buffet breakfast is great. Will definitely visit again.

1ste nacht een suite, die was echt super! Mooi en goed en groot bed en heerlijke douche. 2de nacht een 2 persoonskamer. Wel super mt tussendeur voor de kinderen, maar was echt een groot verschil met de suite. Super aardig personeel en nog geen 2 min en je liep op de boulevard. Top lokatie!

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Es war sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 5 min erreichbar und es fahren dauernd Busse in die Innenstadt, die aber auch in 30 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Der tolle Strand ist auch fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir konnten vor dem Hotel gratis parken.

Have stayed in this hotel many times over the last few years. The location is perfect just a short walk to the main area of Sardinero and the beach. The food is amazing. Having tried most restaurants in the area, this is by far the best food. Rooms are very clean. My one criticism is that the rooms are a bit plain and outdated, especially the bathrooms. Nevertheless a very nice place to stay if visiting Santander
