Room clean, only thing I noticed so far as I just checked in couple hours ago and have t actually seen the pool, breakfast, gym areas.
I am in commenting on check in up till this very moment at 11:15.
1. Parking is NOT free when you’re staying here. It’s over 11 dollars. SO ridiculous and was NOT on the website.
2.) the website asked if I had any requests and tequested a rolling extra bed as I had 5 people and one bed and one sofa bed and only two people could fit in each. So I will be sleeping on the floor. When I brought this to their attention that I had requested this online under “any requests?” They told me they do not offer that and Expedia should have called them to verify if that’s something they can even offer and they aren’t responsible for what third party’s post. YET- Hampton a can see our reservation information.
3. There were not enough towels for 5 people. Not SO terrible I just thought that was common sense. When I called they told me I had to come to the front desk to get it. So I did. And when I got there they didn’t have them ready so I had to wait on them to go and get them where they store the towels. I’ve never experienced this in any hotels before. They have always had enough towels for the amount of guests that are listed. AND when they miss the count they always bring it to us as it is their mistake and not the customers.
So far I’m not satisfied with the customer service and hope check out at 12 tomorrow changes things.
